Stacey Dash 'shocked' by
'fury' over her Romney support

Stacey Dash told Piers Morgan on his CNN show Tuesday night that her support for Mitt Romney has provoked some serious negative feedback. The Clueless actress tweeted her political opinion on Sunday, writing: "Vote for Romney. The only choice for your future." She was immediately slammed with Tweets attacking her. One example: "Wait Stacey Dash is voting for Romney? You get a lil money and you forget that you're black and a woman. Two things Romney hates." And one of the latest came from Samuel L. Jackson, who said, "Wait, did Stacey Dash Really endorse Romney today?!

Comments:
She finds out just how ''tolerant, nonjudgmental, and open-minded'' the Democrat party actually is.

Can't have anyone escaping the Democrat plantation, can we?

Stacy is a woman of unusual courage.
Imagine actually quoting Martin Luther King Jr. about 'content of a man's character'.

She is starting to see the rage and lash of the Liberal Plantation, when someone crosses the line and actually escapes.

'Free at last, free at last'.

I think it's a good thing that Paul Ryan called her. She's seen that going against the Democrat tide is challenging, but worth it.

I know that there is at least one right-of-center film company starting up right now. I know she'll find no work in the mainstream, but maybe she can make her mark in a "new" medium.

The "tolerant" liberals have decended upon her with force to ensure no others declare they are not voting for Obama.

However, I suspect as the Republicans lead the country out of the abyss created by the Democrats there will be more looking for alternative opinions than what they've been fed.

Democrats are the real racists. We've known it for years. Now Stacey does...

Attacks against this black woman by other blacks proves again that when you're black, it's all about being black. Skin color tops all else. These are the people who continue racism.

The most hateful and racists people in our Nation are members of the Democratic Party. This story is more proof of that basic fact.

Just more of the left's war on woman. So is The Clueless the show she's in or is it just another lie by USAToday? Since I have never heard of the show I got the wrong image which I'm 100% sure was the point.

Another 'Hottie' for the Republican side of the ledger.

"Clueless" was a movie and TV show that she did about 20 years ago, but I'm sure it's use in the context here was made as a clever little disparaging remark by another lib writer.+

Good for her - it's about time that students are taught in school learn that the dems were the slave owners, not the Pubbies. The current dummy in the WH would love to own white slaves - he thinks he is soooo smart and then he opens his mouth and we see how really stupid he is.

Ms Dash could benefit from another historical reality, namely the Underground Railroad which helped slaves flee the plantations. The New Underground Railroad could stand alongside the Tea Party.

Here’s an indication of how burdensome student loans have become : About one-third of millennials say they would have been better off working, instead of going to college and paying tuition. (Snip) Delinquencies are also on the rise. The number of borrowers who are at least 90 days late on student loan payments has jumped from 8.5% in 2011 to 11.7% today, according to a study by the New York Federal Reserve. The problem sometimes is that not all college educations are worth their cost since they can’t guarantee a high-paying job to help pay off that student debt.

WASHINGTON - iPad maker saving billions of dollars in U.S. taxes through Irish subsidiaries and told lawmakers that his company backs corporate tax reform, even though it may end up paying more. The Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations has found that Apple in 2012 alone avoided paying $9 billion in U.S. taxes, using a strategy involving three offshore units with no discernible tax home, or "residence." Cook, in his first congressional testimony since becoming Apple CEO in 2011, said his company is a major taxpayer, handing over nearly $6 billion in cash to the U.S. government in 2012.

Americans in a new ABC News/Washington Post poll sharply reject special scrutiny of conservative groups by the Internal Revenue Service, suspect an administration cover-up of the Benghazi incident and express substantial distrust of the federal government more generally. (Snip) Longer-term impacts of contentious current issues remain to be seen, but there´s potential for significant damage to the administration. Americans by a vast 74-20 percent see the IRS´ behavior as inappropriate, with most feeling that way strongly - and 56 percent see it as a deliberate attempt to harass conservative organizations, not a mere administrative error.

A massive tornado ripped through Moore, Okla., Monday afternoon, leveling a huge swath of a residential area in the suburb of Oklahoma City. Video footage from KFOR-TV showed houses, businesses and at least two schools completely demolished, with cars strewn about. Police and emergency crews have begun to respond, but debris has clogged roadways. There is no tally yet on injuries or deaths, but news anchors said significant casualties are expected. LOS ANGELES - More poor people live in the nation´s suburbs than in urban cities because of affordable housing, service-sector jobs and the increased use of housing vouchers, according to a study released Monday. The number of those in poverty living in suburbs jumped 67 percent between 2000 and 2011, a much larger increase than in cities, researchers for the Brookings Institution said. Suburbs, however, still have a smaller percentage of the poor than cities do. The report notes that poor people were pulled to the suburbs by more affordable homes and followed jobs that were often low paying.

The dam protecting the IRS scandal began to crack today when Lois Lerner, the IRS official who announced, and apologized for, the improper singling out of conservative-leaning organizations by IRS employees under her command, announced through her criminal defense lawyer that she will not testify as scheduled tomorrow before the House Oversight Committee. Rather, she will assert her Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination. This marks an enormous milestone in the IRS investigation. It can now be taken as more or less established that crimes were committed by Obama administration employees. Lerner’s lawyer tried to minimize the significance

House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said embattled IRS official Lois Lerner waived her Fifth Amendment rights and will be hauled back to appear before his panel again. The California Republican said Lerner’s Fifth Amendment right to avoid self-incrimination was voided when she gave an opening statement this morning denying any wrongdoing and professing pride in her government service. “When I asked her her questions from the very beginning, I did so so she could assert her rights prior to any statement,” Issa told POLITICO. “She chose not to do so — so she waived.”

Former Democratic National committee chairman Howard Dean considers the controversy over Benghazi a “joke” and “silly.” “Benghazi is a laughable joke,” Dean proclaimed twice in a discussion with Republican National Committee communications chairman Sean Spicer last week. “With all due respect, governor, when four Americans die serving this country, that’s not a joke, sir,” Spicer responded. “Oh, stop it,” said Dean. The former Democratic presidential candidate also said that there were “no serious questions being asked about Benghazi” and brushed it off as an effort by Republicans to score political points.

There’s really no reason for the press to suggest that the recent slew of scandals involving the Obama administration — Benghazi, the AP phone-record seizure, the snooping in James Rosen’s e-mail, the IRS’s targeting of conservative groups, and so on — are a confusing jumble. There is a very clear thread running through all of the administration’s actions: The U.S. deputy chief of mission in Libya, Gregory Hicks, says that he was told not to speak to a member of Congress about Benghazi without a State Department lawyer present, that he received a phone call from Hillary Clinton’s
