This is really a repeat on 1980. The left lampooned Reagan for months on end but when he debates hit,people's opinions changed on a dime.Romney has a lot of former Reagan people advising him and why not,the circumstances are virtually the same.

One thing Reagan didn't have to deal with was the poliferation of the celebrity cult and their growth through internet social websites.The thing is,adults decide elections and they were absent for the last election,maybe because they weren't enthused by McCain,especially leading the charge on immigration reform.

How about using a space after each comma. Conventional practice.

I have met Josh several times and I was very impressed by him.
Not only is he a sharp and good looking young man, he is a uniter. He witnessed a very ugly argument I had with another person. About 30 minutes I got a call from him patching things up and getting the results he required. Just like his father he is a calm, thoughtful and uniting person.
Someday he will be POUS.

If pollsters give Romney an edge now, then he must be HUGELY way ahead. But we should not become complacent..... we need a lawyer-proof win margin. I'd personally like to see a 70-30 flamethrower.

Interesting point at #3, noting that Reagan was also a victim of vicious leftist lies from polsters, the MSM and the Jimmah Cahtah fan club. But he was never attacked by the denizens of Hollywood, because he was one of their own.

I must admit I am out of my comfort zone with all of this good news flowing our way. Everytime I have ever made two birdies in a row I hook my next drive into somebody's house.

Hopefully Mitt can stay down on the ball and follow thru toward the Oval Office.

I've always heard that the pollsters distort the data to help the dims, but try to be a little more honest as they approach the election so that they'll have credibility the next time around.

Obama will be determined to be a different man in the next debate...not the restrained "nice guy" of the last one. He will be out of his comfort zone, too, without his beloved teleprompter. That combo will give Romney the opening to really get under his skin, making Obama mad and showing his true nastiness.

I hope Obama does try to get mean during the next debate. American's despise fakes, and I am sure he will come across as a killer bunny, poised to attack.

Im no political adviser, but if I were, I'd tell the Romney campaign to come up with another example of wasteful spending of our taxpayer dollars. There are certainly enough to choose from! Who would have thought Big Bird would be such a hit and cause the image it did? Keep them on the defense, Mitt!

Since Big Bird and PBS got such huge play the last go-round, perhaps Mitt could produce a photograph of the P### Christ [Crucifix in urine] and tell the audience that the "artist" received $50K of taxpayer money for that outrage, and then tell the audience that the National Endowment for the Arts will hit the dust bin, right along with PBS. No more tax payer dollars for things like an elephant dung covered picture of Mary, and no more taxpayer dollars for crucifixes in urine.

All the media including the more conservative London Telegraph have to say that this is ''new.'' They just can't accept that the majority (barely) of the US is still more conservative than they accept and can't be fooled all the time. (We hope.)

Saturday we had the pleasure of listening to and then meeting Josh in Fredericksburg, VA. What a blessing he must be to his parents and a tribute to their family-raising skills.
