When President Barack Obama and others on the left are not busy admonishing the rest of us to be "civil" in our discussions of political issues, they are busy letting loose insults, accusations and smears against those who dare to disagree with them. (Snip) Innumerable facts, however, show that it is our Commander in Chief who is Phony in Chief. A classic example was his speech to a predominantly black audience at Hampton University on June 5, 2007. That date is important, as we shall see. In his speech -- delivered in a ghetto-style accent that Obama doesn't use anywhere

Comments:

Why didn't the media cover this in 2008? What a shocker.

This demonstrates Obama's lack of respect for the Black community. Something about telling them it's rain.

Oh wait...they don't...just like O and his wife their opportunities were unlimited in one of the most racist policy in our history...Affirmative Action. "Don't need no content of character 'cause I be a people of color."

This should make headline news! Senator Obama voted against the waiver of the Stafford Act that would allowed unmatched funds to go to New Orleans without the 10 percent! This is simply amazing. In the 2007 tape before the Black ministers, he is lying, lying, lying. Romney needs to get this, it represents Obama's true character. I thought I was not going to be shocked anymore after learning of Obama's gay life in Chicago, but this is beyond the pale! Someone please get the hook, this guy is toxic with no conscience.

The interesting thing to me now is to watch Obama's reaction to having been revealed as a phony in the debate. He knows he's been revealed. And so he's falling back on a tactic that's worked for him before with his swooning fans, namely the self-deprecating comments. But it's falling flat. It's not working. So it will be interesting to see how he acts in the next debate.

I suspect he's hoping to come out aggressively and catch Romney off guard. But if Romney can outthink and outmaneuver his attacks, we could see a complete meltdown on camera.

'Phony in Chief
The Commander in Chief forces the eminent
Dr. Sowell to use the "P" word.'

Actually, 'Phony' isn't a P-word. The initial consonant, as pronounced, is 'Ph'. This comes out in english as an 'F' sound.

So, Dr. Sowell has used an F-word...

if he's such the healer, how come he's never showed up in Englewood (all black area of Chicago where most of the town's murders take place) and told the young hoodlums to put down the guns, and get a job.

Oh, and I heard Bambi the other day say we need more roads and bridges from the cities to the suburbs so the minorities can get to work. We have the CTA, which has busses running everywhere, even from the city to the suburbs! Working people ride them every day. Maybe Bambi should be giving out bus route guides.

OMG. FTA: The Congressional Record for May 24, 2007 shows Senator Barack Obama present that day and voting on the bill that waived the Stafford Act requirement. Moreover, he was one of just 14 Senators who voted against -- repeat, AGAINST -- the legislation which included the waiver.

I repeat: OMG! TO be fair, Barry probably didn't even know what he was voting on because he's much too important to actually read bills or anything./s

OP, another aspect of community organizing is to lead from behind. As the agitator, you don't want to be the face of the people you organized, aroused and motivated. When they get to city hall, you want them to have their own local spokesman. You lose credibility with the government entities and the media if you are an outside rabble rouser. You want that true group spokesman. So, again, you lead from behind, just as Obama almost intuitively does in his foreign policy. It comes naturally to him, from his experience, such as that is.

Obama is a shameless race baiter. He can easily be unmasked by three simple questions:

1. What did you mean when you pointed out that if you had a son he would look like Trayvon Martin? Is this how you diffuse a racially charged situation?
2. Why did you claim the Cambridge MA police acted "stupidly" (a word you never hear in politics) before all the facts were in?
3. Why did you tell the residents of New Orleans that they were denied their Stafford Act money when in fact they recieved it even though you voted against it?

... He lied to them, or
... He displayed his stupidity.

Holey cow! I'm shocked.

I'm not shocked about his vote against the Act because we've seen endless examples of Black-on-Black crime. This turned into a two-fer for Obama. He got to stick it to his "brothuhs", and then rile them up over it to put him in office.

I knew he was this immoral. I'm shocked because I didn't think he was this clever.

Reply 21 - Posted by: gramma b, 10/9/2012 9:06:39 AM     (No. 8919869)

The most important thing about this article is the accurate description of what the euphism "community organizer" means. He was a professional stirrer up of grievances -- lying if necessary -- for political purposes. The communists among us have been doing this for 100 years. But "community organizer" sounds almost noble. People need to understand that that Hampton University tape is a tape of Obama being a "community organizer."

So simple. Constant agitator, as though he was a Party Line follower of the Communist Party. Hey, he doesn't have to BE one, acting like one is harmful enough. Communists Dalton Trumbo and Lillian Helman were both too famous and successful to actually have memberships in the ACP, the American Communist Party, paid for by Stalin. So, actually being a member of the Communists or Muslims is irrelevant, for the Phony in Chief, as long as he acts like them both. Agitate, create hate, bow, redistribute, that's enough damage for one phony.

The only thing that makes any sense to me is that someone local realized that the Bush administration was going to throw money at New Orleans and wanted the extra one dollar of local money on top of the ten from the government. And Obama felt safe in casting the vote knowing that the Press would never call him on it.

Sowell is right... the MSM dismiss Obama's race-baiting 2007 Hampton speech as "old news."

I've even seen some MSM Big Names insist they "covered" that speech.

Ok, let's grant (or stipulate, as Ms Stephanie Cutter says) that the MSM Bigs are technically correct --on the margins-- that they did "cover" the Hampton speech.

But if the MSM did "cover" it, they must have covered up the audio of Obama's phony ghetto accent.

And even more importantly, they must have covered up Obama's Big Lie about the Stafford $.

But wherever I read about it, it was explained that O'Phony voted against it because it was included with additional spending for the war. Im certainly not excusing him, just clarifing the reason he voted like he did.. The fact that he went on to LIE to those in NO and to use the race card, only validates what he has done his entire life.. use color to stir up anger and resentment... the Frank Marshall Davis way.

White leftists use the black community by keeping them uneducated, uninformed/misinformed, angry and feeling entitled, thinking they are victims of the right or most white people in general, in poverty and dependent on the government, and lacking in self-confidence. Black leftists in positions of power or influence are tools of the white leftists (like trustees in jail) to keep their people down and in line with the program. They get their power and influence for doing such favors for the white leftist (slavemasters). The whole system was created under the false and insidious guise of pretending to "give them what they deserve for being kept down by the formerly blatantly racist system". The programs and policies the left has created under these false premises have only destroyed the majority of the black community and turned a large number of them into uneducated and violent tribalistic people who mostly kill their own. Yes, leftists did this on purpose. They are the racists who used to be the KKK, supporters of Jim Crow and poll taxes, segregationists, Copperheads (in the Civil War), Dixiecrats, etc. They have rather successfully deflected and projected their true behaviors onto others--especially those who would help and truly benefit the community--through various venues (public schools, the tool community leaders, mass media, etc.) But in truth they believe people of color are inferior but they have created such a strong network of propaganda and indoctrination that many people believe their lies. They don't want blacks to be successful (unless he/she is one of their lackeys). It is sickening. I try what I can to break this, but I am only one person fighting against 50 years of lies. We need everyone out there to make a difference.

The Obama and Romney campaigns may be gearing up for a very late night, with one Obama campaign adviser predicting that in Florida alone, "they'll be counting until 2 a.m." The Obama adviser said signs suggest the race is quite tight, though the campaign claimed to be "holding strong" in key battlegrounds like Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. The adviser also said turnout among black voters in Virginia was better than expected, suggesting that could be a problem for Mitt Romney. Republican operatives in Virginia, though, predicted a razor-thin victory for their candidate in the state.
