Plouffe: We Expected Aggressive,
Not Dishonest Mitt

Breitbart Big Government, by William Bigelow

Original Article

We all wondered which tack the Obama campaign would take after Wednesday night’s debacle. Now we know; they’re claiming that Mitt Romney is a liar. Top aide David Plouffe said that Team Obama was unprepared for the "remarkable" level of "dishonesty" displayed by Mitt Romney: We expected an aggressive Mitt Romney – that’s who he is. And in the primary, it was clear that the truth was really not his primary concern, but I still think it was remarkable to see him start the debate essentially... saying I don’t have a $5 trillion tax cut plan. Think about that.

Exposing Liberal dogma for what it is, is lying in their lexicon. Nothing to see here.

Really, Dave???? You think we're going to buy this clap trap???? If everything Romney said was a tall tale or an out and out lie but obama was too stunned to reply . . . then that says more about obama than it does Romney. If obama knew they were lies then he should have shot Romney down with his rapier wit. But he didn't, did he? So shut up.

The biggest whopper in the debate was when poor B. Hussein incredibly claimed that social security was "fundamentally sound". Not.

I used to think that David Plouffe was a butt kisser, but I have to admit I was wrong. He is a SHAMELESS butt kisser.

I marvel at their ability to lie and manipulate with a straight face. God willing, they'lll be gone soon. I can't stomach any of them. Go Romney/Ryan!

So far, every single "lie" they've pointed out hasn't been a lie. But they know that all it takes to get their base fired up is the words. The truth is a non-factor for them because they're vapid, spoiled children.

I bet that OB will show up at Candy's Town Hall Fest armed with the same talking points, one level deep. Mitt will once again come ready to play chess, thinking several moves deep, while Barry will think it's checkers.

Mitt has been preparing for this format by meeting with small groups before each rally, developing skills and approaches for interacting with regular Americans.

Barry not so much

Romney needs a catchy comeback for this because the stupid little obamabot trolls have taken their marching orders. They're all over the Romney/Ryan threads & FB accounts, spewing the Romney is a liar, lie.

Life's a "rhymes-with-witch" when Barry's opponent ... for the first time in his charmed life, doesn't easily acquiese to fit his (and his handlers) pre-concieved and contrived personna ...

Ol' Mitt is proving me wrong. I thought he'd play patsy against Barry like McCain and every other opponent since probably the nerd ran against him at Harvard Law.

These people really have no depth of what is right or wrong. They think that making up things is the way to be and lying about it is okay. Enough with the garbage of Obama.

a reporter went out into the Madison, WI

The over whelming answer was, "Yes".

This is an example of what our universities are gradduating from colleges which we support through our taxes. Lord, help us!

#7, they won't be gone if zippy wins the election. Just as they weren't gone when Bush beat kery and fat albert, etc. Just they weren't gone when Reagan beat Carter like a red-headed stepchild. They will continue to lie and steal and murder in the shadows until they are eradicated. Anyone notice what the libtards calling themselves media did from 2000 to 2008?
Voting some of them out of office doesn't solve the problem. By analogy, it is as if you have a broken-in-two femur and you're given a strong narcotic. You don't feel the pain, but the fracture will kill you unless treated by being properly reduced, even if your acute pain has been muffled.

When Zippy loses the election, the acceptance speech Mitt should give is "We Won" and leave the stage.

However, Romney is probably going to be more eloquent and magnanimous than I am.

Which is probably how it should be.

The number of Obama supporters who thought
it was " unfair " that the Debate Commission

extremely troubling.
Besides all the obvious reasons.
Because in addition to voting ,these idiots drive cars and possibly raise kids.

Exactly what would Obie have had on his teleprompter?

This was a debate, wide open once the question was put forward. He had his talking points. What else could he have had in print on a teleprompter?

He was more in need of a really, really knowledgeable ventriloquist.

I'm not sure where you go after you've been screaming liar from so many surrogates. Possibly the sheer number shrieking the charge makes it unlikely to be so. Maybe it's good they are getting it out of their system this early. It may be what the Dem base wants to believe, but then reality was never their strong suit. I don't think the Independents buy it and certainly not the Conservatives. I think they have emptied their ammunition.

Reply 34 - Posted by: Mesa II, 10/6/2012 2:25:40 PM     (No. 8914472)

To me, the Obama's debate plan is transparent. The libs have whipped up outrage over bullying for two years. In the weeks leading up to this debate, Obama, in a very unusual self deprecating manner, kept saying he was just an ok debater. They planned on Mitt coming out ready to do a street fight with a Chicago thug. Obama did hid best "Caspar Milquetoast" impression waiting for Mitt to bully him in front of the world. When Mitt came off as the gentleman that he is, the entire plan blew up in their faces. That is why they are calling Mitt a liar and a cheat. He didn't act the way they needed him to for their plan to work. What IDIOTS!

Reply 35 - Posted by: Teleologicus, 10/6/2012 3:07:36 PM     (No. 8914529)

Many on the Obama side, starting with Obama himself, do not seem to grasp the way debates work. They think they can and should keep right on debating after the debate is over, and that they can score more points by debating all by themselves. This includes a substantial part of the news media, which is actively debating Romney as an Obama proxy.

Character assassination is the foundation of most Leftist political rhetoric. It is really all the Obama campaign has to work with now. But if they get much nastier and personal than they already are, the nauseating stench will start to turn more people off. The dirtier they get, the cleaner Romney, who actually IS clean, starts to look.

Gingrich should sue for copyright infringement. This was his excuse too when he tanked in the Florida debate during the primaries. Plouffe can't even whine originally.

On Sunday, President Barack Obama gave a commencement address at Morehouse College in Atlanta. “Keep setting an example for what it means to be a man,” he told the graduates. “Be the best husband to your wife, or boyfriend to your partner, or father to your children that you can be.” That’s what Obama said, according to the New York Times, USA Today, Politico, and dozens of other news organizations. But Obama never uttered those words. Here’s what he actually said: “Be the best husband to your wife, or your boyfriend, or your partner.” That’s not a small difference

Multitasking, job-hopping Chelsea Clinton has quietly taken on a big new job at New York University. The former first daughter has tackled what the school calls a “multifaith” role as co-founder and co-chair of its brand-new Of Many Institute. The program is described by the university as aiming to “develop multifaith dialogue and train multifaith leaders.” An NYU rep told us Clinton’s been involved with the institute “for some time,” but the school’s been keeping Clinton’s role incredibly quiet. There has never been a formal announcement nor a post on Clinton’s Facebook page.

An accused crack dealer is singing “Sweet Caroline” today. Former First Daughter Caroline Kennedy and her fellow jurors took just over an hour yesterday to acquit the Harlem man of charges that he sold four “nickel bag” crack rocks at $5 each to an undercover officer. Violent predicate felon Nelson Chatman, 31, smiled as the jury foreman rendered the verdict in the 2011 case after 75 minutes of deliberations. And Kennedy, 55, also smiled, slightly and politely, as jurors were individually asked by a clerk, “Is that your verdict?” “Yes,” Kennedy said when it was her turn,

In my experience, the term “BOLO” is a law enforcement term short for “be on the lookout” for criminals and suspects on the run. But for the Obama IRS, BOLO meant, literally, “be on the lookout” for citizen groups who might be opposed to the Obama agenda. First, we know that the “independent” IRS purposely stonewalled the approval of non-profit applications from “Tea Party” and other conservative groups that were seeking tax exempt status. As reported by CNN: Among the criteria used by IRS officials to flag applications was a "Be On the Look Out" list,

Mr. Obama will make the statement from the White House, according to a White House official. The president Monday night signed a major disaster declaration for Oklahoma, which makes federal funding available to support those affected and to help with response efforts.

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript
