Hi David, just wanted to let you know that there were many of us that had to listen to the audio of the debate and weren't able to see the Macy's suit you refer to. That said, your guy still lost. Optics be darned, facts are facts. Your guy is not entitled to his own facts. David offers more non sequiturs and spin like this about Romney needing a new accountant "He’s got you paying a lower tax rate than the White House cleaning staff!"

Of course there is an easy answer. "Well, Mr. President, if you understood our economy you would know that we encourage people to invest in business by providing a favorable tax rate when they do. Those investments generate business and jobs. That's what I do with my money, invest it into the economy to create jobs. It's similar to the way that people put money into a savings account and it is made available for people to borrow for things like mortgages. That's how our economy works Mr. President."

Liberals like David and BO are clueless about the whole process so are prime to sounding stupid, as BO found out last night.

During the debate, did I hear correctly that the pResident used Lincoln (continental railroad) and Eisenhower (interstate highway system) as models of bold vision projects (by Republicans) on par with Johnson's Great Society? Is he equating Obamacare with those projects?

Did either of the first two projects approach $16 billion, with results still not obvious? I would love to see the equivalent $$/percentage of GDP comparisons.

Let me get this straight. Obama lost because:

1. Romney wore a cheaper suit than he did?
2. He looked down instead of the at Romney?
3. He wasn't as warm and engaging as Romney?
4. He allowed Romney to confuse him with facts?
5. Romney has a "Hugely unpopular economic plan?

It couldn't have had anything to do with the fact that 60% of the American people don't want Obamacare or that his stimulus solution to the economy hasn't worked the last three times he tried it, so he's going to try it again or because the economy in general is in a death spiral of his making or that he hasn't got a clue as to how to conduct foreign policy or people are tired of the Chicago style corruption of his regime. Nah, it couldn't be any of those things.

Obama and minions have spent the last few years creating inside their pea sized brains a Romney that doesn't exist. They believe their own lies.
So, the REAL Romney shows up to debate, laying out the arena of conservative ideas, and Marxism has nothing to argue. Without lies, the democrats have nothing.

Didn't Mrs Romney say she bought some of his dress shirts at Costco? I don't think the Romney's are all that concerned about where they buy their clothes or which designer they are wearing. I suspect they are more concerned about getting value for their money. That would be nice to have in a President, in my opinion, and something we don't have now.
