Scaboroughs's Dishonest Defense
Of MSNBC's False Romney Attack

Breitbart's Big Journalism, by John Nolte

Original Article

Posted By:Drive, 10/1/2012 1:10:28 PM

Joe Scarborough attempted to dig himself out of a hole this morning, but only dug himself a bigger one. In a dishonest and misleading attempt to defend yet-another one of his unrelenting, arrogant, smug, anti-Romney attacks -- but one that blew up in his face over the weekend -- Scarborough claimed this morning that MSNBC did not doctor audio to make it sound as though a crowd chanting "Romney" was chanting "Ryan." And what Scarborough committed in doing so was a lie of omission.

There is no defense of this pathetic network and it's Obama minions, including Scaborough.

And as I said yesterday, they've all sold their souls to the devil.

Imagine what they do in private, if they do this sort of thing in public!

call Scarborough's sponsors like the Dem's did when Rush called that person who needed the tax payers to cough up $3000 of contraceptives a slut because she was too poor while going to a very exclusive college. See how long he can be on the air without any revenue coming in with out advertising.

~~Except MSNBC did alter something; they altered the perception of the entire event with an incorrect subtitle.~~

....which Joe S. did not mention. Case closed!

I have never watched this program but I've heard enough and read enough to know I never will. All I know first hand about JS is how well he did as a member of the House Clinton impeachment committee in the '90's. After joining the MSNBC clown posse he seems to have changed to conform to his masters view of the world. What a pathetic man he has become.

Per #8 - I remember saying to myself, "I LIKE this guy!" during the impeachment proceedings. Just another useful idiot these days.

Don't like Joe and hardly ever watch the show for more than a few minutes, but somehow I don't think he is very qualified to do anything more than that show. He has to make a living and I wouldn't be surprised if he's a closet repub.

Reply 11 - Posted by: wendybird, 10/1/2012 2:44:10 PM     (No. 8902523)

Lying to transform events to support the liberal viewpoint is second nature to MSNBC.

Why the underwear-

Journalists gasp and growl whenever prosecutors issue lawful subpoenas ordering them to divulge their confidential sources or to turn over potential evidence, such as notes, video outtakes or other records. It’s an attack on the First Amendment, It’s an attack on the First Amendment, It’s an attack on the First Amendment, journalists and their lawyers chant. Those chants were heard this week, as it was revealed that Department of Justice prosecutors had seized two months’ worth of records from 20 office, home and cell phone lines used by Associated Press journalists in their investigation into the Yemen underwear-bomber leaks.

Obama administration officials who were in key positions on Sept. 11, 2012, acknowledge that a range of mistakes were made the night of the attacks on the U.S. missions in Benghazi, and in messaging to Congress and the public in the aftermath. The officials spoke to CBS News in a series of interviews and communications under the condition of anonymity so that they could be more frank in their assessments. They do not all agree on the list of mistakes and it's important to note that they universally claim that any errors or missteps did not cost lives and reflect "incompetence rather than malice or cover up.

Let’s see if we can unravel one of the great mysteries of the Obama Administration. The latest invocations of the Incompetence Defense from President Obama, Eric Holder, and now the departing Acting IRS Commissioner (hilariously described by the Associated Press as “ousted,” even though he’s leaving exactly when he was originally scheduled to depart, in June) hold that all of these super-genius leaders found out about various outrages by watching the news, along with the rest of us. They have no idea what their subordinates do every day, until it blows up into a huge scandal on the evening news, and that’s why they should be left in charge of everything.

Rep. Charlie Rangel (D., N.Y.), who was notably censured for not paying 17 years worth of taxes on rental income from a Dominican Republic villa he owned, said Friday morning, “This is wrong to abuse the tax system.” Rangel also filed years worth of misleading financial disclosure reports that did not fully disclose his assets.

Former House speaker Newt Gingrich, speaking to NPR on Friday, warned his party about overreaching in their approach to the trio of controversies President Obama is facing. While Republicans need to be relentless in their response, Gingrich urged a focus on facts. “I think we overreached in ’98,” Gingrich recalled, quipping, “How’s that for a quote you can use?” Which is not to say Republicans should not be persistent. “They need to be calm and factual,”

The commander in chief of the American armed forces today forced a violation of Marine Corps regulations, so he wouldn’t get wet. According to Marine Corps regulation MCO P1020.34F of the Marine Corps Uniform Regulations chapter 3, a male Marine is not allowed to carry an umbrella while in uniform. There is no provision in the Marine Corps uniform regulation guidelines that allows a male Marine to carry an umbrella. Nevertheless, during a press conference under a light drizzle with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan this morning, President Obama

You Know What Really Risks National

A year ago, The Associated Press discovered a foiled al-Qaida plot. Worried about the safety of an informant in the case, the CIA asked the AP to delay publishing the story until their spy could be secured. The AP agreed. Five days later, the CIA told the AP that their national security concerns were “no longer an issue.” As a seasoned AP team of reporters and editors made final edits to their scoop, the CIA backtracked and asked the AP to delay the story one more day. New national security concerns? Nope. The only concern was about public relations.

Watching President Obama trying to dodge raindrops and responsibility yesterday reminded me of the moment when Dorothy pulls back the curtain and discovers that the Wizard of Oz is “just a man.” Stripped of his spell of mystery and power, the wizard is worse than mortal. He’s a fake. So it was with Obama in the Rose Garden. His performance was tired and trite, ordinary to the point of dull. His veneer of passion was so transparent that you could see him trying to summon his old-time magic by pushing the buttons

STANDING BEFORE reporters Thursday, President Obama declined an invitation to compare the recent scandals weighing down his administration with those that forced President Nixon to resign in 1974. So allow us to do the work for him: There is no comparison. Nixon, in a series of crimes that collectively came to be known as Watergate, directed from the White House and Justice Department a concerted campaign against those he perceived as political enemies, in the process subverting the FBI, the IRS, other government agencies and the electoral process to his nefarious purposes. Mr. Obama has done nothing of the kind.

The State Department, under Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, created an arrangement for her longtime aide and confidante Huma Abedin to work for private clients as a consultant while serving as a top adviser in the department. Ms. Abedin did not disclose the arrangement — or how much income she earned — on her financial report. It requires officials to make public any significant sources of income. An adviser to Mrs. Clinton, Philippe Reines, said that Ms. Abedin was not obligated to do so. The disclosure of the agreement that Ms. Abedin made with the State Department comes as her husband,

On Thursday´s NBC Today, in a desperate attempt to deflect from the scandals engulfing the Obama administration, co-host Savannah Guthrie wondered: "I read a headline yesterday that said Republicans see blood in the water. That they see a president who´s very vulnerable politically. Is there a danger that they will overreach?" Chief White House correspondent Chuck Todd agreed with the slanted premise: "There is. I mean, that´s what happened to Republicans in 1998 with Bill Clinton.

President Obama’s press conference in the rain was not a success, if by success, his supporters would mean an event which convinces anyone who doesn’t work for him that he’s getting ahead of the scandal deluge. The sight of a Marine holding an umbrella over his head only added to the weirdness of the event. So what did we learn? 1. He has full confidence in Attorney General Eric Holder, the man who purportedly recused himself (whenever) without putting it in writing (whatever). When asked about the untrammeled snooping on Associated Press reporters and editors,

“I look forward to taking some questions at tomorrow’s press conference,” President Obama said last night, after announcing the resignation of the acting IRS commissioner Steven Miller. The president scheduled a noon press conference today with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan in honor of his visit. Reporters, however, found themselves waiting outside in the rain for Obama, who was 47 minutes late. Only New York Times reporter Mark Landler had an umbrella.
