| Many Republicans are not buying the numbers produced by national polls in the last few weeks that show President Obama padding his lead over Mitt Romney. Some of this sentiment can be put down to wishful thinking by conservatives who can’t fathom why so many Americans want to re-elect Obama. It is only human nature that we tend to think polls that verify our views of the way things should be are credible while dismissing those that contradict as bogus. Indeed, with the president taking the lead in so many national

If Obama wins re-election, it will be through lies, cover-ups and deception. And that's just from the press.

Yahoo has a story that says people by a 2-1 margin thinks Obama will win the debate and election while acknowledging the polls remain within striking distance for Romney. the media is ignoring Obama;'s loss of support among many groups yet he's the odds on favorite to win. Story the other day said young voters aren't interested this time but that's bad news for Romney.
We don't know right now what fast and furious will do to the latino turnout but they seem dismayed that Holder wasn't fired. Those guns were used to kill 16 Mexican teenagers at a party.A big chunk of those guns are still at large and could be killing more.

GOOD GRIEF.
Little Georgie on GMA just admitted that Obama's lead is "razor thin".
You know if little Georgie admits this it must be really, really bad for The Won.
Here is something you can do.
Our County GOP purchased 1,000 Romney signs. On Sunday we had a "fee Romney signs" event. Had the kids waiving signs on a busy 4 lane hwy. Gave away over 300 signs in 2 hrs and collected enough donations to cover the cost.
People are hungry to do their little part.

According to AP, twenty three percent of all adults identified themselves as Tea Party supporters. That is huge. But more significant is the fact that when a likely to vote filter is put on all adults barely 52% or so say they are likely to vote. A whopping 43% are Tea Party supporters. In other words Tea Party has 77% voting against an overall population of 52% (which means non-Tea Party is lower than 50%. Sitting on top of that is the fact that Romney is strongly leading among Independents even in the most biased surveys. The polls might be close but Romney's victory will be anything but. Keep the faith. Vote.

It is just the liberal and the propaganda media trying desparately to repeat the 2008 propaganda and incompetence campaign.
Without the media deception he would not be running for reelection today. Their total failure to perform the investgative function of a free press has allowed the most incompetent administration to run this country into such massive debt in history. They realize how bad it is but have no way tocorrect their errors and maintain their liberal elitist egos. They must continue to cover the incompetent and hope that a miracle happens to correct their failures during the next four years.
They have thrown their reputation, thier integrity and credibility into the cesspool that is the Obama administration. They know that if Obama loses and the truth is released to the population it will take decade (if ever) to gain the trust of the American people again.

At a secret February ceremony at CIA headquarters in Langley, Va., the chief of the CIA’s base in Benghazi the night of the 9/11 anniversary attacks there was awarded one of the agency’s highest intelligence medals, according to U.S. military and intelligence officials. The honor given behind closed doors to “Bob,” the officer who was in charge of the Benghazi intelligence annex and CIA base that was attacked in the early morning of September 12, 2012 and then abandoned for nearly three weeks, illustrates the murky lines of command that preceded the attack, and helped make it a politically volatile issue.

The Senate on Monday opened debate on a $955 billion farm bill that would reduce federal spending by as much as $23 billion over the next 10 years by cutting funding for food stamps and eliminating some farm-support programs. "This legislation will create jobs, cut taxpayer subsidies and reduce the deficit," Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., said Monday. The White House offered only conditional support for the bill, an indication that lawmakers will need to make changes to win the president´s signature. The Obama administration in April called for a 3 percent reduction in the nation´s crop insurance program,

Journalists are understandably alarmed by the revelation that President Barack Obama´s Justice Department targeted Fox News reporter James Rosen during a leak investigation of a State Department employee. The news, reported by the Washington Post late Sunday night, reveals that the Obama administration will apparently stop at nothing to track down whistle-blowers who leak classified information. In Rosen´s case, that included implicating him as a "criminal co-conspirator" whose actions were punishable with up to 10 years in prison. While it is not uncommon for the government to investigate leaks, it is unprecedented for a journalist

The first lady went to Bowie State and addressed the graduating class. Her speech was a mix of black history and a salute to the graduates. (Snip) It takes a man of particular vision to know, as Obama did, that the country really was ready to send an African American to the White House. But I also think that some day historians will pore over his many speeches to black audiences. They will see a president who sought to hold black people accountable for their communities, but was disdainful of those who looked at him and sought the same.

And yes, I realize that headline is eight words too long. Peter Nicholas at the WSJ: The White House’s chief lawyer learned weeks ago that an audit of the Internal Revenue Service likely would show that agency employees inappropriately targeted conservative groups, a senior White House official said Sunday. That disclosure has prompted a debate over whether the president should have been notified at that time. In the week of April 22, the Office of the White House Counsel and its head, Kathryn Ruemmler, were told by Treasury Department attorneys

Remember Armand Armendariz, the Environmental Protection Agency regional administrator who resigned after regaling an audience of Big Green activists with a history lesson to illustrate his agency´s approach to critics of the EPA´s harshest policies? When the Romans conquered a new province, he said, they would "... find the first five guys they saw and they´d crucify them ..." to make the province "really easy to manage for the next few years." The EPA, he continued, also makes "examples of people who are not complying with the law, you make examples out of them,

The Democratic candidates for mayor in New York are campaigning to win the support of the teachers union. They threaten to return the city to the horrors of the David Dinkins era. Back at the turn of the 1990s, New York City was a mess. Crime was rampant. The schools were dreadful. Children in foster care were brutalized because–as the head of the Child Welfare Agency said–”oversight is racist.” The mayor was an incompetent. And, above all, the city was run for the benefit of its employees rather than its citizens. What followed was 20 years of governance

What did President Obama do on the evening of 9/11/12 when our men were under attack in Benghazi? The invaluable Andrew McCarthy reminds us that Obama and Secretary Clinton had a 10:00 p.m. phone call of which many (including, I think, Chris Wallace) have lost sight. This morning when Wallace asked Obama aide Dan Pfeiffer what Obama was up to that evening, Pfeiffer declared the line of inquiry “offensive.” Translation: Obama and his minions would prefer to “move on” and are warning the likes of FNC off:(Snip for video)The Weekly Standard’s Daniel Halper has posted the rush transcript

PRESIDENT OBAMA: You are the mantle of Frederick Douglass and Booker T. Washington and Ralph Bunche and Langston Hughes and George Washington Carver and Ralph Abernathy and Thurgood Marshall and, yes, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. These men were many things to many people and they knew full well the role that racism played in their life. But when it came to their own accomplishments and sense of purpose, they had no time for excuses. Every one of you has a grandma or an uncle or a parent whose told you at some point in life

WASHINGTON – The Internal Revenue Serviced scandal today spread further within the White House and closer to President Obama. White House spokesman Jay Carney today disclosed that Obama’s chief of staff, Dennis McDonough, and other top White House officials had advance warning that the IRS was targeting conservative groups. But he insisted McDonough and the other White House officials purposely kept Obama out of the loop.McDonough “rightly chose not to take action” to inform Obama, Carney told reporters at the daily White House briefing.

The Washington Post on Monday reported that Obama’s Department of Justice was investigating journalists before they started wiretapping the Associated Press – for one, Fox News correspondent James Rosen in 2010. Their headline wasn´t "Obama Team Also Spied on Fox News." Fox wasn´t in the headline, on A-1 or on A-12, where the story continued. Newly obtained court documents “reveal how deeply investigators explored the private communications of a working journalist — and raise the question of how often journalists have been investigated as closely as Rosen was in 2010.” Reporter Ann Marimow began:

"Can you see in your mind´s eye a way that this might not have been political, that this was a misguided stupid way to sort, but that they didn´t intend it to be some kind of political attempt to harass the Tea Party?" So actually asked CNN´s Candy Crowley of her guest Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) concerning the Internal Revenue Service scandal Sunday (video follows with transcript and commentary):CANDY CROWLEY, HOST: Moving on to the IRS problem at this moment, which is really sort of in its infancy. There will be lots more hearings coming up this week

A senior adviser to President Obama mounted a combative defense of the administration on Sunday, saying the controversies enveloping the White House were the result of Republican lawmakers’ trying to “drag Washington into a swamp of partisan fishing expeditions, trumped-up hearings and false allegations.”The remarks came from Dan Pfeiffer, a member of the president’s inner circle, as he appeared on all five major Sunday morning talk shows in an effort to move the administration past what commentators have described as a “hell week” of controversy and missteps.

Stuart Varney said this morning on "Varney & Co." that one of his producers was given a questionnaire with some surprisingly intrusive questions on it when he switched doctors. One of the questions was whether he/she was concerned about unsecured weapons in the home. Another asked whether he/she was "in a relationship in which you have been physically hurt or are you afraid of your partner?" Judge Andrew Napolitano explained that the question about guns comes out of a post-Sandy Hook executive order by President Obama, but it will be required under Obamacare. Varney expressed amazement
