I don't believe this. I have seen too many polls with Brown ahead. Warren would be unelectable with an "R" next to her name. She is just that bad.

There could not be so many undecideds at this stage. I am wondering if they did not include independents, who surely would have voted for Brown in greater numbers. I did not see a breakdown of the sample.

Not so many years ago, someone who committed a crime like practicing law without a license would have quit a campaign in disgrace, rather than face the bipartisan outcry and demands for their withdrawal.

Today, democrat criminals are not only commonplace, but both the media and their blind constituents shrug and support them anyhow. No scandal is too big for them to simply ignore in the name of their cause. It is beyond appalling.

The Cherokees here in Oklahoma are upset with Scott Brown. The whole hand chop thing was not popular. So many here are Indian and cannot prove it due to faulty records when the rolls were approved that the statement that she has Indian heritage but cannot prove it does not seem at all odd.

Well, to present a point of view different from #10, I am originally from Oklahoma, and have Chocktaw blood.

I am not offended by Scott Brown, but I do think Warren's exploitation of the system to gain employment and political advantage is a prime example of the deep victim/preference hole this nation has dug for itself.

People need to stop trying to be part of some victim class, put their hands back in their own pockets, and stand on their own two feet. I don't think Warren does any of those things, which is why she is not qualified to be elected to any office, especially the US senate.

Any state stupid enough to twice elect the corrupt and incompetant Duval Patrick as governor is certainly capable of electing a lifeless fraud like Fauxcahontas to the Senate. That said, when you have 18% of the electorate undecided, to claim one candidate is inching away is intellectually dishonest. But then, this is the Globe, so intellectual dishonesty is par for the course.

I am also from Oklahoma originally and both of my parents are 1/16 Cherokee.

I am considered 1/32. Although you'd think you could add each side together, it doesn't work like that.

I would never in a million years put down on a form that I am "Indian". You have to be certified by a relative listed in the Dawes Commmission survey to be considered indian, and the minimimum amount is considered to be 1/16 to received benefits such as tuition breaks at Oklahoma state schools--or that's always been my understanding.

What I am wondering is why is this woman even still in this race? She is a proven fraud and liar many times over and even charged with practicing law without a license? She should be in jail or on probation at the very least for her crimes?
