Trump still considering an
executive order to fund wall

Ahead of a rally Monday in El Paso, Texas, to boost support for his proposed border wall, President Trump signaled that he is still mulling an executive order to fund the barrier if congressional negotiations break down.“President is on sound legal ground to declare a National Emergency. There have been 58 National Emergencies declared since the law was enacted in 1976, and 31 right now that are currently active, so this is hardly unprecedented,” Trump tweeted Sunday, citing Rep. Tom McClintock (R-Calif.), who has encouraged Trump to end the stalemate by using national emergency funds to build the wall

Please Mr. President .. break out of this cycle of "negotiation/shutdown" the democrats are counting on.

It´s time to push forward without them.

President Trump just build the wall. We all know that you are cleaning up the mess that should have been taken care of by five prior presidents.

Phone and pen Mr President, phone and pen. Sometimes you just gotta do it. The dems have painted loyal taxpaying citizens into this corner in their attempt to obtain a permanent political majority from waves of illegal immigration on our southern border.

It is time to do your executive order thing and get the money from other agencies. This way you can get your original 25 billion and tell Nancy and Chuck to go to you know where. It is easy to find extra money in most all agencies. I´ve seen them, at the end of the fiscal year, look for ways to get rid of unspent money in fear that if they don´t their funding will be cut for the next year.

It is time to quit playing chicken with them and, as Larry the cable guy, would say "GIT ´ER Done".

Getting to the point democrats have really gone over the edge. Think about it, what is the freakin problem with giving Trump 5 billion for the wall. Besides their blind hatred toward him just what is the freakin problem. Every country has some of barriers protecting their borders and they don´t have millions of illiterates trying to get in. Only one other reason. To turn our great country into a banana republic. Wake up.

Consider everything that makes it happen then do it. Obozo took a lot of unconstitutional XO actions and got away scott free with all of them. Let Trump take one that´s legal and they will go out of their minds trying to stop it in court.

Build the wall with an executive order or national emergency.

Remember the democrat stonewalling when Pelosi and Schumer want some extra dollars in a bill to help out some of their democrat mayors with pet projects. What if President Trump doesn´t fund projects like the NY-NJ tunnel. Those states are solid blue anyhow.

President Trump said, again, during the SOTU, that the wall will be built! Those who have doubted him in the past have eaten a lot of crow!

It´s time to use your Executive Order Mr.President, and get that wall up. It will benefit all Americans, even the ones that are sitting on their duffs in Washington getting zilch done. I would also name everyone individually that is on that committee that is wasting time and the taxpayers´ money.
I feel that collectively, they do not have any intention of giving you any money for a wall. I would name every republican (rino) starting with Mitch McConnell to every democrat starting with Nancy Pelosi. I would expose every last of them. Let America and the voters know that these people had no intention of protecting the homeland. Take out ads in large newspapers with their names and pictures making it clear that they would not give you the tools to protect this great country.
I am so disgusted with the folks in Washington. There are very few public servants that care about the country. All they care about is getting re-elected and then taking up space and doing nothing once they get to Washington.
GO with the Executive Order Mr. President. There are 63,000,000 people who are counting on you. That is approximately how many people who voted for you. There are probably more than that now who would have voted for you had they known what they know now.

Just do it. The Dems will have their exact same melt down that they have had every single day since you were elected.
Then the news cycle will move on. Period.
Build the wall and end Muller.
The two things I want to see happen this year.

WASHINGTON — Former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort could spend more than 19 years in prison on tax and bank fraud charges. That’s according to a court filing Friday by special counsel Robert Mueller’s office that lays out how federal probation officials have calculated Manafort’s potential sentence. The recommended sentence under federal guidelines would be the lengthiest prison term imposed in the Russia investigation if a federal judge agreed to it. It would also place the 69-year-old Manafort at serious risk of spending the rest of his life in prison.

Negotiators close to deal as
shutdown deadline approaches

Congressional negotiators say they’re close to reaching a deal to avert a shutdown, with Democrats acknowledging that a final compromise would include funding for border barriers — a concession that could spark rebellion within their party. Lawmakers and aides, however, said Friday that the conference committee remains several days away from a final border security deal as top spending leaders continued to trade offers back and forth. Negotiators technically have until Feb. 15 to reach an agreement to stave off another shutdown, but lawmakers insist the practical deadline for any agreement is much earlier in the week.

With legalization of recreational pot a central part of Gov. Cuomo’s agenda for the first 100 days of his new term, the rush is on — no matter if that’s the riskiest approach. One warning came last week from former Mets great Darryl Strawberry, who told TMZ Sports that he’s living proof of how marijuana can be a gateway drug that ruins lives. “I started with marijuana when I was young — 14, 15 years old — and it led me to everything else.” That is, to the cocaine abuse and other woes that ended his career and marred his life.

This essay is “dangerous,” an unidentified Never Trump friend warned Charles Kesler shortly after Michael Anton published “Flight 93 Election” on Claremont Review of Books Digital. “The only noteworthy aspect is the disgusting appropriation of the memory of the heroism of Flight 93 to make the case for Trump,” tweeted Bill Kristol, who if not the same person as the aforementioned friend, certainly shared his sentiments. In the days following publication, Kristol used Twitter to try to out the then-anonymous Decius, correctly guessing that Anton was the author.

It has been two and a half weeks since Jussie Smollett reported that he was the victim of a hate crime, and in that time, his story has fallen apart completely. (snip) the home of the two "persons of interests" in the widely circulated community alert was raided by Chicago police. In that raid, they seized a list of items including multiple containers of bleach, a "red hat," an Empire script, a Mossberg rifle, and two computers. The home is occupied by the two men, and at least one is an extra on Jussie Smollett´s show, Empire.

Friday on KABC radio in Los Angeles, conservative commentator Ann Coulter reacted to President Donald Trump saying she was “off the reservation,” during his press conference this morning. Explaining that building the border wall was Trump’s mandate, Coulter said, “It was one thing, the promise he made every single day at every single speech.” She added, “So forget the fact that he’s digging his own grave. This is just — look the only national emergency is that our president is an idiot.” Coulter did praise the president regarding the courts by saying, “In defense of Trump supporters and those who fell for his

Sen. Kamala D. Harris (D-Calif.) is running to become the first black female president. But in the early days of the campaign, she’s had to answer questions about the “legitimacy” of her “blackness.” Online, stories have circulated suggesting that Harris is not African American because her parents are immigrants and she spent some of her childhood in Canada. During an appearance on “The Breakfast Club” radio show Monday, hosts DJ Envy and Charlamagne Tha God asked Harris about that. Harris pushed back. “I’m black, and I’m proud of being black. I was born black. I will die black,”

The GOP Majority Leader in the Senate persuaded President Donald Trump to not veto the GOP’s flawed border security bill by promising to back a national emergency construction of border walls, according to insider leaks to the establishment media. The Washington Post reported that “Trump had been leaning against supporting the congressional spending bill but relented after several conversations with [Majority Leader Sen. Mitch] McConnell, who then announced his agreement to go along with an emergency declaration.” One reason for Trump’s last-minute opposition is that congressional leaders conducted the negotiations without significant White House involvement.

The two hottest commodities in the Democratic Party are Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Earlier this week, Omar exhibited stunning ignorance in her hostile questioning of Elliott Adams Abrams. Similarly, Ocasio-Cortez has often displayed a surprising lack of knowledge for someone who apparently is a college graduate. Don’t get me started on the “Green New Socialism.” But she outdid herself yesterday. The context was Amazon’s announcement that it would not, after all, build a second corporate headquarters in Long Island City, which I understand is close to, but not within, Ocasio-Cortez’s district. The project reportedly would have entailed
