After Its Kavanaugh Loss, The
Left Gets Even More Unhinged

Civility: Anyone who hoped that cooler heads would prevail after the Democrats lost their full-scale war against Justice Brett Kavanaugh was soon disappointed. Instead, the left has doubled down, trashing every institution they say contributed to their loss. In just the few days since Kavanaugh joined his eight other colleagues on the Supreme Court, liberal journalists, pundits and leading Democrats have: Attacked the Senate as an undemocratic institution. Questioned the legitimacy of the Supreme Court. Attacked the Constitution. Eagerly talked about packing the Supreme Court with liberal justices. Called for still more aggressive tactics against "enemies" on the right. Remained silent about

As hard as I try I cannot come up with a single sane reason why anybody would cast a vote for a Democrat.

We really need to come up with a new word to describe the left´s current problem with civility. I think "civilwarity" just about sums up their attitude perfectly.

Dem intransigence has been going on for some time now. The one constant is that after every loss, the absolute refusal to consider reviewing their OWN behavior and how out of step they are with middle America. To be blunt, that has been true for a LONG time but at least dems of a couple decades ago realized they had to at least pretend to be moderate and respectful of process. Media pretended to be unbiased as well.

You really must consider what kind of people lose repeatedly and refuse to consider that their own attitude and behaviors may be at fault. Then they get angrier and more disrespectful because they are not getting their way.

Now they are saying, "Since we can´t win, and we have been unable to significantly pervert the system, we need to tear it all down and start over so WE CAN RULE the way we want.". Their only argument for this is so that THEY can be in charge.

To be honest, although there are mechanisms for change in the Constitution, for good reason there are high barriers to it. So how will the electoral college be removed? How will the Senate be "rebalanced" to give the Left control? And WHY would the rest of us agree to such insanity?

The only way the Left can get what it wants is an insurrection, probably violent, that leaves the Left in charge and the rest of us without any say in our government.

Our Constitution recognizes our God given freedom of speech, however there are recognized limits. You cannot speak out to incite violence. The Left is in the process of crossing that line. They better be careful. The results are not likely to be something they want.

I´m waiting patiently for that Fort Sumter moment. Once it happens, should take about 10 minutes. We can make POW camps that have nice sounding names like, "Safe Spaces".

Energy Security: Last week, the U.S. exported more oil than we imported, for the first time in 70-plus years. And it happened not because of decades of federal "energy policies," but despite them. Since Richard Nixon was in the White House, presidents have pushed national energy plans that, they said, would reduce the country´s dependence on foreign oil. These plans all had one thing in common — they all assumed that increased domestic oil production couldn´t solve the problem. Instead, from Nixon on down, Republican and Democratic presidents declared that the only way to achieve energy independence

Un-Free Markets: New York City doesn´t like ride-sharing services. That´s been clear from the start. But recently it´s started taking action on that disdain, imposing burdensome economic restrictions on companies like Uber, Lyft and other ride-sharing companies. New Yorkers will pay dearly for it. New York´s Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) , exercising its extraordinary regulatory power, issued new "rules" this week that would mandate the Uber, Lyft and others pay their drivers a minimum of $17.22 an hour after expenses. That´s an actual per-hour hike to $27.86 an hour.

Climate Change: Three years after leaders from around the world signed on to the Paris climate agreement, pledging to cut their carbon footprints, global CO2 emissions accelerated. Does anyone still think President Donald Trump was wrong for pulling the U.S. out of this sham agreement? According to the Global Carbon Project, which monitors this, global CO2 emissions climbed by 1.6% last year. They are on track to shoot up by 2.7% this year. That´s after three years of annual emissions remaining flat.

Immigration Reform: Just how much do non-U. S. citizens cost the rest of the country? Plenty, if you believe census data looking at welfare and the uninsured in America. Those data show that noncitizens are almost twice as likely to get welfare benefits, and more than three times as likely to be uninsured. Recently, the Center for Immigration Studies poured through Census poverty and welfare data and found that a shockingly high percentage of noncitizens are getting some sort of welfare benefit from the federal government.

Trump Is Right — Subsidies For Electric
Cars, Renewable Energy Must End
Investor´s Business Daily, by Staff    Original Article

Subsidies: President Trump´s economic adviser Larry Kudlow says subsidies for electric cars and other renewable energy programs might soon be eliminated. That would be a major victory on the road to energy freedom. National Economic Council chief Kudlow, a well-known free marketeer and supply-sider, said subsidies might disappear as soon as 2020 — interestingly, the next presidential election year. The decision comes after General Motors — the beneficiary of $2,500-$7,000 tax credits for those who buy GM´s plug-in cars, not to mention two separate corporate tax cuts

Prices: Bill and Hillary Clinton thought they were in high demand around the country. Collapsing ticket prices to their "Evening With The Clintons" show how wrong they were. It is, as the saying goes, a teachable moment. At one point in the movie "This Is Spinal Tap" — a "rockumentary" about a fictitious aging British heavy metal band on tour in America — documentarian Marty DiBergi asks the band´s manager, Ian Faith, about the band´s waning popularity. Marty: The last time Tap toured America,

Many GOP leaders and politicians have started to question whether President Donald Trump will serve out his entire term, conservative commentator David Brooks has said. The right-leaning pundit, (Snip) pointed out that there is growing uncertainty among Republicans over Trump’s future during an interview with PBS News Hour . Brooks explained that politician’s from the president’s party have started to see his administration as losing “authority” and “failing.” Appearing alongside liberal political commentator Mark Shields, Brooks said it seems like “a lot of Republicans are looking at this White House, and they’re seeing an administration under a lot of

Legal trouble for President Trump is coming from all sides. There’s evidence Paul Manafort was still communicating with the White House this year. There’s evidence suggesting the Russian government was offering “synergy” with the Trump campaign. There’s further evidence Trump directed Michael Cohen to make the hush-money payments to pornographer Stormy Daniels. It’s still very unclear whether Trump broke any laws. It’s perfectly clear, however, that Trump got himself in this perfectly avoidable mess through bad behavior. For starters: Had Trump not cheated on his wife with a porn actress, he would not have found himself

The mugshot of an Ohio woman with a spooky full face tattoo has gone viral following her shoplifting and drug arrest, according to reports. Alyssa Zebrasky, 27, was arrested last Wednesday for stealing a bag at a Boardman Township WalMart, Fox8 reported. During a search at the Mahoning County Jail, cops found bags of methamphetamine and a hypodermic needle, the outlet said. “I don’t see how she was caught. Maintaining a low profile and all .?.?. SMH,” one Facebook poster snarked after the arrest. Zebrasky has drastically altered her appearance in the past six years, transforming herself into a real-life

A fascinating bit of news flying well under the D.C. radar is the comments of Clinton Foundation CFO Andrew Kessel to members of an independent investigation firm that has been looking into Clinton Foundation business practices for some time. According to Kessel it’s as bad as some have long thought – the foundation is mired in conflicts of interests, misappropriation of funds, and a rogue Bill Clinton himself who has long used it as a personal piggy bank.Via Zero Hedge: The CFO of the Clinton Foundation, thinking he was “meeting an old professional acquaintance,” admitted to investigators

The daughter of the late Dean Martin declared she has no intentions of stopping her performances of a classic Christmas song in spite of complaints from politically correct Scrooges. Deana Martin refuses to stop singing “Baby It’s Cold Outside,” a song sung by her father and many others for over 70 years which was recently pulled from an Ohio radio station because a proponent of the #MeToo movement deemed it offensive. House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) responded to the November employment report that came out today—which showed that a record 156,795,000 were employed in America—by saying that the report revealed “a callous GOP special interest agenda” that has hurt the “economic security of hard-working families.” The unemployment numbers released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics indicated that the unemployment rate was 3.7 percent for the third straight month. That is the lowest unemployment rate the United States has seen since 1969, according to BLS. “November’s jobs report shows an economy straining beneath the weight of a callous GOP special interest agenda that

“Prosecutors’ Narrative Is Clear: Trump Defrauded Voters.” So declares the first part of the headline of a New York Times article by Peter Baker and Nicholas Fandos. The rest of the headline asks “But What Does It Mean?” Good question. It may mean that the prosecutors haven’t found a crime, but are still pi**ed off that Trump won the election. I find odd the notion that Trump defrauded voters. No candidate in my lifetime ever painted a clearer, more vivid picture of himself for voters. For better or for worse,
