Drug-enforcement agents nabbed a tractor-trailer loaded with 21 kilos of heroin laced with fentanyl as it drove through The Bronx, authorities said Tuesday. The truck with Maine license plates was being driven by Luciano Osobampo-Armenta, 33, on Oct. 8 around 8:50 p.m. on Bruckner Boulevard, they said. Investigators with the DEA Strike Force stopped the trailer as part of an investigation and found 6 kilos of the drugs in the cab of the truck and 15 kilos in the trailer.
