HHS: Teen Males Majority of

A great deal of attention has been focused in recent months on the surge of illegal aliens, particularly unaccompanied alien children (UAC), through the southwest border of the United States. However, a federal Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) fact sheet points to the fact that a large number of male teens have been arriving in exponentially increasing numbers for several years. According to an HHS Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) fact sheet, “Most [illegal aliens] are over 14 and approximately three quarters of them are boys.” In addition, there has been a steady upward trend in the number

Dear “Conservatives” and “Establishment Republicans,” I write today in the hope you all can get over whatever anger, distrust or bruised egos this primary season and political year has caused you. We on the right need to unite and send a message to progressives by unambiguously retaking the U.S. Senate in November. We all have some problem with what’s happened so far. Someone we liked lost a primary. Someone we didn’t won. Some piece of legislation we hate passed; some other piece we liked did not. No one is completely happy, but we all know things can get much worse – and

The charter of Hamas, the controlling faction in the Gaza Strip, states, “[Peace] initiatives, the so-called peaceful solutions, and the international conferences to resolve the Palestinian problem, are all contrary to the beliefs of the Islamic Resistance Movement. For renouncing any part of Palestine means renouncing part of the religion[.]” Suddenly, the current conflict between Israel and the Hamas faction in the Gaza Strip comes into striking clarity. In evaluating the violence currently going on in Gaza, it is informative to understand not only how both sides operate, but how both sides define themselves and their purposes.

It’s as if our president has read all of the disappointed head-shaking opinion pieces by Very Serious Liberals and is responding, “Hey, I’m not sad. I’m ridiculous!”Because in the last couple of weeks Barack Obama has reached his Basil Fawlty stage. Instead of John Cleese’s Fawlty rushing around a dismal English hotel trying to avoid insulting his German guests by squawking, “Don’t mention the war,” we have Obama stumbling around the country crying, “Don’t mention impeachment!”The president is, of course, the only American of any standing whatsoever talking about impeachment. At least Basil Fawlty had an excuse for his dizzy behavior:

Second Lieutenant Hadar Goldin, hy"d, who was killed by Hamas terrorists on Friday, was a close relative of Defense Minister Moshe Ya´alon, it was cleared for publication Sunday morning. Hebrew media has yet to officially indicate how the two were related, but the Hebrew phrase--karov mishpaha--indicates an immediate or otherwise very close family relationship between the two. The gag order was implemented on the family´s request, so as to not escalate the situation with Hamas in the event Goldin was alive and being held captive. Ya´alon related to his relative´s death for the first time publicly on Sunday afternoon.

Israel´s military has begun redeploying along its border with Gaza after the government signaled it would reassess its operations. A number of tanks and other vehicles were seen leaving Gaza on Sunday. In a televised address late on Saturday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu suggested troops would reassess the operation after completing the demolition of Hamas military tunnels under the border. Security officials said the tunnel mission was winding down. At the same time, Mr Netanyahu warned Hamas would pay an "intolerable price" if it continued to fire rockets at Israel and that all options remain on the table.

In advance of the release, Barack Obama admitted on Friday: "We tortured some folks. In an echo of 2008 — when Ted and Caroline Kennedy backed upstart Barack Obama over Hillary Rodham Clinton — members of the Kennedy clan have been quietly wooing Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren and encouraging her to throw her hat in the ring, sources tell me. The question of whom to back in the 2016 presidential race has split the Kennedys down the middle. Robert Kennedy’s widow, Ethel, and their eldest son, former US Rep. Joe Kennedy II, favor Warren — the darling of the party’s left-wing base who now sits in Ted Kennedy’s old seat — while Bobby Jr.

This week we learned that former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, the elected choice of the wealthy denizens of San Francisco, believes that Hamas is a humanitarian organization. Qatar, Hamas’ principle supporter, told her so. From former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton we learned that the reason Hamas’ weapons are found stored in civilian sites -- schools, mosques, hospitals, and UNWRA buildings -- is because the area is so small there’s nowhere else to hide them. And from the UN’s High Commissioner for Human Rights, the viciously anti-Israeli Navi Pillay, we learned that the Israel may have committed war

Private clubs are typically considered a bad thing in Aspen. They smack of exclusivity, to borrow a phrase from the class-warfare zone. But some local business types want to take the exclusivity out of smack. In hipster language, they wanna make some smack by openin’ private joints for gettin’ smacked. In English, this means they want to make money by opening private clubs where a person can get high on marijuana. People are talkin’ smack about this, you see. The events of the past few weeks on America’s southern border bring into clearer focus the Obama pledge to fundamentally transform America. By opening our borders to illegal immigrants, and pardoning those illegals already here as he plans through executive order, Obama will create millions of new citizens within a few years to help him transform America into a multicultural vacationland for the world’s footloose homeless with free food, housing, education, entertainment, and healthcare as drawing cards.

PHILADELPHIA — Advocates of the Affordable Care Act, focused until now on persuading people to buy health insurance, have moved to a crucial new phase: making sure the eight million Americans who did so understand their often complicated policies and use them properly. The political stakes are high, as support for the health care law will hinge at least partly on whether people have good experiences with their new coverage. Advocates of the law also say teaching the newly insured how to be smart health care consumers could advance the law’s central goal of keeping costs down, such as by

They are obviously ignorant of the whole story of Israel’s birth, when in 1948 the Jewish people were offered by the UN a portion of the land originally set aside for them in 1921, and the Arab Palestinians were offered the other half. The Arabs rejected the offer, and the Jews accepted, only to be attacked by five surrounding Arab countries committed to driving them into the sea. But the Israelis won.

Hops, barley, and malt are all important ingredients for beer. But water is essential. As California enters yet another month of an unprecedented dry spell, some brewers are expressing concerns about how the ongoing drought could affect the price and taste of their product. Gordon said the brewery uses 2.5 gallons of water to make one gallon of beer. Most craft breweries use four to seven gallons of water for the same amount.
