Kid Rock on ´Duck Dynasty´ Suspension:
´Stop This Bull**** Ass PC Game´
Breitbart´s Big Hollywood, by Breitbart News    Original Article

Kid Rock has a message for the cultural police who want to stop people from speaking their mind--or their faith. And it´s more than merely Merry Christmas. The rocker spoke out via his official web site on this week´s suspension of Duck Dynasty mainstay Phil Robertson. The singer´s subversive battle cry is much more than a defense of Robertson´s right to express his Christian beliefs. It´s a slam against the thought police mentality which he says has a choke hold on society.

The Genuine Conflict Being Ignored

Until recently, I had never seen A&E’s hit series Duck Dynasty. Given their long beards and “Sharp Dressed Man” opening theme song, I had mistakenly assumed it to be a reality show about ZZ Top. Judging from the headlines, however, I am in a minority. According to A&E, the series is the highest-rated nonfiction program in cable history. The series focuses on a Louisiana family, the Robertsons, who have made a fortune manufacturing and selling products marketed to duck hunters. Pro-God and guns, the Robertsons make no bones about what they believe. They are unashamedly Christian, are seen attending church in several episodes, and have openly indicated that they see the show as a vehiclewith religious tolerance.

Al Qaeda, slowly realizing that its indiscriminate murder of civilians is counterproductive if the victims happen to be Muslims, apologized in a video for a hospital attack in Sanaa, Yemen that killed dozens of people on December 5. Qassim Al-Raimi, the head of al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, released a video on Sunday in which he admitted that the attack was not meant to kill people in the hospital or the mosque that are part of the Yemeni Ministry of Defense compound. He asserted the cause was one al Qaeda fighter gone astray, saying, "We confess to this mistake

House Budget Committee chairman Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) has doubled down on his move to cut pensions for military veterans in a USA Today op-ed published Sunday.{SNIP} In fact, the deal raises the deficit by at least $15.5 billion because of a series of gimmicks that Ryan and Murray employed in the accounting of the deal -- namely, double counting of savings like the tactic which was employed in Obamacare, and the failure to include an estimate of the interest on the borrowed money for the first couple of years of increased spending. These are only a few among a

When it comes to his signature epic health care failure, there’s nowhere to hide, not even Hawaii, for President Barack Obama. Perhaps that’s why Barack and Michelle are wearing such sour expressions and being told to “Cheer up, Mr. President, it’s Christmas!” on the cover of today’s Drudge Report. If you can believe the mainstream media, exhaustion trailed Obama all the way to Hawaii where he is taking a 17-day timeout in sunshine happy Lei Land. Not only crashing down to 37% in popularity polls trumping the legendarily loathed George W. Bush in popularity, more software foul-ups bedevil Obama, who is learning the

Right at holiday time, a Muslim "charity" in Toronto has started a highly offensive advertising campaign in the Toronto subway declaring Jesus is no God. Just for a micro-second, imagine what hell would break loose if a Christian group on the eve of Ramadan (or heck, any day of the year), sponsored subway ads declaring Mohammed was no prophet. Actually, that´s a trick question because the Toronto Transit Commission would never permit such an ad to be posted. Rachel Ehrenfeld reports: "Is Jesus God?" A billboard posted at Dundas Subway Station in Toronto asks. The screaming poster´s words answer: "Bible & Quran

First the good news from President Obama´s final news conference of 2013: "I´ve run my last political race." Of course, Obama made no new news. If he´d wanted to make news, he would not have scheduled it on short notice and on a Friday, when politicians release news they want ignored. Obama has broken so many promises, claimed ignorance of so many of his responsibilities and underlings´ failures and violated protocols, not to mention the Constitution. [Snip] In the interests of accountability, we’ve drafted a few pressing unasked questions that Obama would have tried to dodge.

Washington--A weary Barack Obama, eyelids heavy, predicted Friday that the restorative power of sleep and the sunshine of his native Hawaii would restore his wilting fortunes after a bleak year. The US president began 2013 with a soaring inaugural address laying out an ambitious second term agenda, sensing a mandate for liberal transformation despite a joyless re-election campaign. He ended it with a ponderous press conference, deflecting dire assessments of his prospects and gingerly testing an optimistic message for 2014: "We are poised to do really good things." Second term presidencies are always tough, as exhaustion, unmet promises and fading

The most underreported foreign news story of 2013 is the pogrom against Christians in Islamic countries. It is doubtful that there is a close second place finisher. The story is gruesome and the rationale for both the killing and the silence about it lies in a mainstream interpretation of Islam – one that is far more prevalent in the Middle East than the West will admit. The pogrom is the inexorable result of Islamic teaching and Western indulgence. It is, after all, directed at Christians because there are no more Jews left to persecute. The latter have long made their exodus

WASHINGTON — Hours before the Monday deadline for Americans to sign up for ObamaCare in order to have coverage by Jan. 1, a Senate Democrat warned the plan could soon collapse of its own weight. “If it’s so much more expensive than what we anticipated and if the coverage is not as good as what we had, you’ve got a complete meltdown at that time,” Sen. Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.) told CNN. After a series of delays and stopgap fixes by the administration, Manchin is pushing to delay the ObamaCare individual mandate — which the administration has refused to do across the board,

Last week, a study commissioned by the president concluded that the National Security Agency had reached too far into the private lives of Americans. The study, which came after a series of journalistic revelations exposing the agency’s surveillance practices, recommended numerous reforms that would curb the N.S.A.’s prerogatives. President Obama said he was “open to many” of the suggestions. It was exactly the kind of news-making moment that “60 Minutes” — America’s leading purveyor of serious television news — has often been responsible for creating. For more than four decades, the program has exposed C.I.A. abuses, rogue military contractors and

Rice argued that NSA officials didn’t lie about intel dragnets, they just “inadvertently made false representations.” This statement comes as House Republicans are demanding a criminal probe for Director of National Intelligence James Clapper for his flat-out denial in March, three months before the Snowden leaks began, that the NSA collects data on hundreds of millions of Americans (a denial that Clapper later categorized as the “least untruthful” answer

Liberal Democrat Vince Cable enraged senior Tories yesterday by likening the drive to tighten border controls to the rhetoric of Enoch Powell in which he warned of “rivers of blood” caused by immigration. The Business Secretary claimed that David Cameron and his Tory ministers were “panicking” about the number of newcomers heading to Britain from eastern Europe. He claimed a bid to curb the influx evoked the spirit of the infamous 1968 speech made by former Tory MP Mr Powell which suggested mass immigration could lead to violent confrontations. Mr Cable’s outburst was branded “rubbish” by critics last night. But

Fighting in South Sudan appeared to be heading for a “worst case scenario” on Sunday with anti-government forces threatening to seize the country’s oil supplies. Rebel troops under the command of the former vice-president, Riek Machar, said they had taken control of the federal state where most of the oil fields lie, threatening to reduce the government to penury if supplies are cut off. Diplomats said that so far the oil flows had been unaffected, but several international petroleum companies have pulled their staff out and there is a risk that the facilities could fall to the rebels.
