At least four people are dead in a 25-minute shooting spree that terrorized drivers and shut down stretches of freeway in Orange County, Calif., Tuesday morning. Among those dead is the suspected gunman, who police say killed himself before officers could take him into custody. At least two other people were reportedly wounded during the chaotic rampage, which involves at least three attempted carjackings and six crime scenes. “The suspect shot and killed himself,” Lt.
