Ceremonies are being held Sunday at the World War II Memorial and Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington as well as Arlington National Cemetery in Virginia.The ceremony at the World War II Memorial begins at 9 a.m. and will include a wreath laying and a performance by the United States Air Force Band Brass Quintet.
