Hearing Gloria Allred out there again, about to make a move.” Drudge tweeted Thursday. “After all, it’s her time of the campaign. Team O at the ready!!” Allred is so far not commenting 0n the rumor, chalking her silence up to client privacy. “I have no comment at this time about Mr. Drudge’s Tweet,” Allred told Radar Online. “I don’t discuss meetings with potential clients.”

Ahead of Election, Obama

The $831,000,000,000 economic “stimulus” that President Obama spearheaded and signed into law requires his administration to release quarterly reports on its effects. But “the most transparent administration in the history of our country” is now four reports behind schedule and has so far not released any reports whatsoever in 2012. Its most recent quarterly report is for the quarter than ended on June 30, 2011. One wonders how the administration would treat a private citizen who acted like such a scofflaw in response to one of Obama’s principal legislative initiatives.

Because none of the hydra-like heads of the Obama administration’s ever-growing bureaucracy can ever be really complete without it’s own personal council of green-energy-promotin’, climate-change-science-pushin’ environmentalist types, the Interior Department is all set to get their special board of eco-advisers to help them inform their decisions on future policy-making, whoop-de-doo. Human Events has the scoop: The Interior Department announced the new bureaucracy in a recent federal registry notice along with a call for nominations by Nov. 19 to seat the 25-member board. The notice specifically states membership will be comprised of state and local government

The mother of an American diplomat killed during a terrorist raid on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi has hit out at Barack Obama for describing the attack as 'not optimal', saying: 'My son is not very optimal - he is also very dead.' During an interview shown on Comedy Central, Obama responded to a question about his administration's confused communication after the assault by saying: 'If four Americans get killed, it’s not optimal.' Speaking exclusively to MailOnline today, Pat Smith, whose son Sean died in the raid, said: 'It was a disrespectful thing to say

While D.C. officials wait for six firms to grow medical marijuana in warehouses less than five miles from the White House, the role of cannabis in American life is taking center stage in political and legal bouts across the country. The city government is treading warily in its implementation of the program, which voters approved in a 1998 referendum before congressional interference and painstaking rule-making delayed it

President Obama coined a new ailment in Northern Virginia to describe what he calls the evolving views of his Republican challenger: “Romnesia.” Obama traveled to battleground Virginia for the 16th time this year, using the short trip from the White House to hit Romney for pivoting to the center in the homestretch of the presidential election. “He’s changing up so much, we’ve got to name this condition that he’s going through — I think it’s called ‘Romnesia,” Obama quipped before roughly 9,000 supporters at George Mason University. He later added, “Here’s the good news: Obamacare covers pre-existing conditions.”

Will last Tuesday’s big debate moment become Monday night’s big debate topic? Tuesday’s moment came when the candidates focused on the recent attack that killed the US ambassador to Libya and three others. As the Wall Street Journal’s conservative editorial page wrote: It was Mitt Romney’s “weakest moment.” The New York Time’s liberal editorial page concluded that Romney’s fumbling handling of the Libya issue was “the most devastating moment for Mr. Romney.” Now as the campaigns ready for the foreign policy debate, to be held Monday in Florida, the question is whether Romney returns to the question of Libya. He averted a depression, ended one war and put us on the path ending the other, rescued the auto industry, slowly building the sound footing necessary to have a sustained recovery — better, smarter regulation of those that brought this upon us, tax breaks to save a dwindling middle class,

A fire destroyed Big Tex this morning at the State Fair of Texas. The blaze was reported shortly after 10:30 a.m. at the fairgrounds in Dallas. “It’s a very sad day for all fair-goers,” fair spokeswoman Sue Gooding said. “We did lose the clothes, his hat and head,” she said. Allen Ferrell, who was visiting the fair with a church group from North Richland Hills, said the fire was short-lived. “Big Tex was done in about 10 minutes,” he said. Gooding said smoke was first seen coming from Big Tex’s neck, and she suspects the fire was electrical in nature.

President Obama is losing. So says the latest Gallup poll, and so do those swelling numbers in key states like Wisconsin, Florida, Virginia and Ohio. Democrats say wait, he won the second debate. They are holding their breath, hoping polls next week will show that this week's debate brought the herky-jerk of the campaign back full swing, with Obama back to his September lead in the swing states and poised to win. But with two weeks to go, a sudden surge in voter support for a president as unpopular as this one, in an economy this weak,

Analysts at the Media Research Center -- the parent organization of NewsBusters -- have found that both ABC and NBC continue to cover up President Obama’s lie about Libya during Tuesday night’s debate. In fact, neither network covered Libya at all during their evening broadcasts last night. Instead, both ABC and NBC followed the Obama campaign's theme of the day in emphasizing the effort to win over women voters. ABC touted Barbara Walters' "pointed question" about abortion posed to Ann Romney on The View, while NBC's Andrea Mitchell talked about Mitt Romney's "'binders full of women'

Bill Clinton has conceded that Mitt Romney is correct that the economy is 'not fixed' and said he thought Barack Obama was going to cry during Tuesday's debate 'because he knows that it's not fixed'. Former president Clinton, speaking in Parma, Ohio, during a campaign event with Bruce Springsteen, immediately added that Obama offered a better plan than Romney for getting out of the rut during the next four years. But his frank admission about the state of the economy was immediately seized on by the Romney campaign as bolstering the republican argument that a change of

Democrats were quick to pounce on Romney.

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says in a new interview that she can’t stand “whining” by women who are unhappy with the work and family choices they’ve made in life and complain that they have no options. Clinton, in the interview with Marie Claire, was discussing Anne-Marie Slaughter, a former director of policy planning at the State Department who left in 2011. This summer, Slaughter wrote a much-discussed cover story in the Atlantic — “Why Women Still Can’t Have It all” — about leaving her job because of the difficulty of balancing her work at State with the

The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) released its monthly Regional and State Employment and Unemployment report today showing a weakening economy in some key swing states. According to the BLS the key battleground state of Ohio lost 12,800 jobs in September while neighboring Michigan lost 13,000. The new data undercuts President Obama’s new claim that the economy is finally entering recovery. “We were losing 800,000 jobs a month,” Obama said in Athens, Ohio, Wednesday. “Now we’ve added more than 5 million new jobs, more manufacturing jobs than any time since the 1990s.”

Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney has finally cleared what many aides have long seen as his biggest hurdle: A majority of voters now like him. According to multiple polls, Romney's favorability rating has surged since the Republican National Convention and in most he equals or bests President Obama's favorables. And late Thursday, the Pew Research Center, the poll that has been toughest on Romney's favorability, released results showing that Romney is ahead of Obama by a point, 50 percent to 49 percent. That is a stunning turnaround from March, when Obama's favorable rating in Pew

This morning, Longoria was forced to tweet out an apology. Now her resignation from the Obama campaign has been called for. The race has been characterized by a flood of advertising--most of which is coming from West who has outspent his Democratic challenger by 4-1.
