Attorney General Loretta Lynch is expected to announce later today in Aspen, Colorado, that she will follow and accept whatever recommendation the FBI and career prosecutors and investigators make regarding whether to bring charges in the Hillary Clinton email probe, a Justice Department official told ABC News. Lynch has decided that she will green light whatever recommendation comes from the FBI and senior career lawyers in the Justice Department, after a months-long investigation tied to Clinton´s use of a private email server. Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says she feels sympathy for Donald Trump supporters who are taken in by the New Yorker, but warned voters that she thinks his message is offensive. “I am sympathetic to a lot of the people attracted by Trump’s message, who are feeling really left out and left behind,” she said during a YouTube Creators summit in Los Angeles, California on Tuesday. It was a fashion face-off of epic proportions when Michelle Obama met with Queen Letizia in Madrid today. America´s first lady was joined by the glamorous royal in the Spanish capital, on what was the last leg of a trip to promote girls´ education in poorer countries and raise awareness of gender inequalities. The ever-chic Letizia, 43, stunned in a sleeveless scarlet dress from Nina Ricci that showcased her toned arms, adding a pair of pointed nude courts and turquoise earrings. Her guest was on equally fine form in a crisp white summer dress and metallic sandals as they posed for

#NeverTrump leader Bill Kristol is floating a new name in his search for an establishment presidential candidate to mount an independent run to undermine presumptive Republican nominee Donald Trump: John McCain. Kristol tweets that McCain was in DC raising money for his Senate reelection bid against his conservative primary challenger, Dr. Kelli Ward. (Tweet) Dr. Ward — who polls have shown tied with Senator McCain in the Republican primary on August 30 — pounced on the Kristol tweets. “Hillary Clinton supporter Bill Kristol is the worst sort of establishment hack,” she said in a statement to Breitbart News. When Bill Clinton and Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately Monday in her jet in Phoenix, Arizona, some speculate he may have been pleading for his wife who is under investigation by the FBI and the Department of Justice. But the former president may also have been pleading for himself, according to a former federal prosecutor. (Snip)Former U.S. Attorney Joseph DiGenova told the Daily Caller News Foundation the former President “is at least a witness in two criminal investigations, probably a subject in two criminal investigations. He is a person of interest officially to the Department of Justice,” he said

Military personnel who wish to dress as the opposite sex may now do so, according to an announcement from Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter. Carter said, however, that new recruits would have to crossdress for at least 18 months prior to joining the military, presumably to avoid last-minute transitions from one mode of dress to another. Still, if a member of the armed forces wishes to swap genders while serving on active duty, that person may be able to do so “if a military medical provider determines it is necessary,” according to reports. House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wisc.) will allow a vote on legislation dealing with terrorism and guns next week. The details of the legislation have not been made available, but Roll Call reports that Ryan told House Republicans about the vote during a June 30 conference call. During the call, Ryan said it is “common sense that suspects on terror watch lists not be able to buy guns.” His announcement of this scheduled vote comes one week after House Democrats ended their 25-hour sit-in for gun control. Breitbart News previously reported that a number of Senate Republicans are ready to support gun
