They have nothing to worry about, I'm sure the protests will be mostly peaceful.

2024 is going to be a lot like 1968 starting with Biden looking bad in New Hampshire to riots in Chicago, to a 3rd party run and who knows what misfortune may befall RFK Jr since Biden has denied him Secret Service protection- the petty old man that he is.

While the Hamas Democrats are rioting the rest of the city will be wide open for looters.

Well if there is anyplace on earth that deserves to have violent protests it is the DNC Convention. In fact one would think they would enjoy wallowing in the middle of the cesspool of their own creation.

Lets hope that Rennie Davis, David Dellinger, John Froines, Tom Hayden, Abbie Hoffman, Jerry Rubin, and Lee Weiner will be there to stir things up.

Well, I certainly HOPE and PRAY that today's Democratic Party is bedeviled by endless and escalating protests and demonstrations of EVERY nature from here on out to the 2024 Referendum. It will be GOOD to see a tortured and broken Democrat Party splitting itself asunder into criminal, politically correct and DEI-stained fragments over what they have done to this nation. A climate of indulgence, hyper-tolerance, political opportunism, criminality and moral ambiguity seems to have bred the greatest collection of self-serving professional liars, thieves, mental and moral defectives and incompetents in the long history of this great nation. The Democrat hierarchy, with the help of a good portion of the RINO contingent, has LIED, CHEATED and STOLEN almost everything they can possibly loot from the faith, goodwill and pockets of the American people. They have broken our homes and lives, and damaged our children, possibly beyond repair. They have done their best to shred the social fabric and the economy of our country and profit from the damage and waste. What they have done even to the faithful and blindly trusting souls among their own traditional demographic base is a crime beyond pardon. The faithful descendants of many good, true and, I believe, truly patriotic American Democrats, who lived, fought and died for this country along with all of the others who passed the same way, have been conned and sold out to foreign and criminal ideologies. I don't believe that thousands, to millions, of solid Americans, including veterans, even if they may happen to think of themselves as Democrats, have suddenly wedded themselves to evil, bankrupt Marxist doctrine and turned against their homeland. I believe that the coming political storm will jar many from their trusting slumber, leading to anger, fear and calls for retribution. It is likely to be very painful, but only righteous, to see the payback if it spills into the streets when the blinders have truly come off and the Piper comes around for his pay. At the same time, no one should have to be reminded of the wisdom of taking some appropriate preparations for your life and loved ones.

As my sainted mother used to say, "You reap what you sow." The Dems have created a monster that uses violence to get what they want. Chicago is not going to benefit from this convention - it will drain them dry of resources with little or no gain.

The democrats deserve every bit of the mayhem coming to them after they have allowed their golden children to run amock since 2016 when they lost the last legitimate election in this country. The only question is how long will it last before they order the police and National Guard to use deadly force against the human trash that will be shouting, burning, carrying signs and throwing rocks at them.

Thank God the democrats didn't choose a red city. Dumb Republicans also chose a leftist city for their convention. You cannot fix stupid. Pubs should expect the same type of riots at their convention; if it's not generic, the leftists will manufacture it for equal optics. Fire Ronna!

Wonder if the worry is it's not a group they fully control and can advise them to stand down with them actually standing down in a similar way another group who was creating havoc in the streets?
