A conservative legal scholar has argued that the Department of Justice's new lawsuit challenging Georgia's election law could backfire against the Biden administration and fail in court. 'I'm highly skeptical and I think that they may ultimately regret this move. It could indeed clarify this issue in the way that the Biden administration does not want,' Jonathan Turley, a law professor at George Washington University, told Fox News.Attorney General Merrick Garland on Friday announced the suit against Georgia, alleging Republican state lawmakers passed a sweeping election reform to discriminate against black voters.

I fully expect this to blow up in Dementia Joe's face. We all know that Bite-me and Kamalamadingdong are morons who turn everything they touch into crap, and Garland is proving himself to be quite the dullard as well. Thank God that dunce was kept off SCOTUS.

Cocaine Mitch is regularly a disappointment, but this country will always owe him a debt of gratitude for saving us from having Uber radical Merrick Garland on the Supreme Court.

This will blow up in the Democrats face. Garland filed suit saying it's racist to require an ID to vote. He will now have to prove it is racist to require an ID to vote.

This suit is so stupid. And btw, Jonathan Turley is not a conservative. He just isn't a liberal who has lost his mind. There are others out there too.
On another forum I was in a discussion about Critical Race Theory and my argument against structural racism was actually the same as some Black Marxist Professor who also hasn't swallowed the insanity that is happening now.

This lawsuit will probably be filed in the federal district court for the middle district of Georgia. There are four judges in that district. The head judge is an Obama appointee. One judge was appointed by GW Bush; another by President Trump. The fourth judge, appointed by Obama, is Leslie Abrams-Gardner, Stacey Abrams's sister. Hmm.

Oh and I am not a Marxist but I also do not believe that everything should be viewed through a racial lens and that much of what the leftists argue are so-called structural racisms (and that is what this dopey lawsuit is all about- that GA is structurally racist against blacks due to ID requirements) are actually problems of poor people whatever race they happen to be.

Lord.
What we need is this Fraud of 2020 to be exposed & the Biden regime declared illegal thus invaliding everything Biden signed & all appointments. Thus Garland ousted as AG & Trump reinstalled to then appoint a new AG & replacement for the woman put in replace Garland's Fed judge spot thus wiping Garland from the map.
The pain he & dem would experience would be awesome.

It will be telling to watch Garland claim that voter ID laws are racist because blacks are too stupid to know how to apply for one.

IF a UNIVERSAL LAW i.e. applicable to ALL people regardless of any individual or group characteristics is made, and its operation finds more of one type rather than of others being caught under its provisions, that is NOT automatically make the law a discriminatory law against one group of people. That more black people the USA offend against the criminal law (mostly against members of their own black community) is both a statistical and matter of fact and not a consequence of the criminal law itself being discriminatory.

Keep focused and pay attention to this.
As President Trump said last evening in Ohio,
“We must get to the bottom of 2020 first...”!
He is still focused and awesome for America.
May it be so, Lord.

Joe has no idea what is going on now and will not live long enough to see another election. The people pulling his strings are the real problem and we know who many of them are: Garland, Ron Klain, Schumer, Pelosi, Dr. Jill, the vixens of the squad, etc. By not nullifying the election last November, we have allowed them a big foot in the door to communist dictatorship. Rudy paid the price for saying "stolen election" but all republicans and the supreme court should be singing the same song. It was stolen.

Attorney General Merrick Garland's suit is outrageous. The Georgia legislature is only restoring procedures to to protect ballot integrity that existed before Covid-19 came along. In several cases voting days and hours have been expanded from those that were in place before Covid-19.
The motivation for this suit is so flagrantly partisan that I dread to think if Obama had succeeded in placing him on the Supreme Court.

What shallow thinking….if requiring an id to vote is racist, so is requiring an id to enter a federal building, to fly, to drive..AND it is impossible to define racism, as the concept of race is intellectually bankrupt.

Garland is taking orders from Obama. As much as I hear how the Left is shrewd and smart to undermine the American people with this racism baloney, they are equally stupid. Remember Obamacare? Same M O...same finger prints. To think we can't understand or figure out what is going on is beyond ignorant and insulting.

How does that make us racist?
Or does it just make the left hypocrite liars?
And thieves and frauds and criminals!
Voter ID ...just for proving who you are!
No more dead votes or multiple votes..
Democrat voting sticker says: I voted and voted and voted and voted and voted!

I see both drop box voting and mail in voting as requiring someone to fill out, and put the ballot in a box. I don't care who it is, if you can put it in the mail where chain of custody is 'somewhat' continues, why put it in a drop box to be collected by...whom?

This would be perfect for Georgia to use discovery to find all the election violations and present the justification for the law changes. Stick it to the DOJ. They are not your friend.
