When the Civil War ended, and after Republican President Abraham Lincoln liberated the slaves, Democrats initiated Jim Crow laws to punish blacks. Democrats discriminated against blacks. In fact, the KKK, was founded as the the terrorist wing of the Democrat Party. The Ku Klux Klan assassinated many Republicans including Republican Representative James M. Hinds (December 5, 1833—October 22, 1868) of Little Rock. Hinds represented Arkansas in the United States Congress from June 24, 1868 through October 22, 1868 before his death.

It's important for democrat and leftists pure brazen power. Plain and simple. Half the low history knowing idiots in this country who favor Juneteenth (what the heck is that?), don't even know what it is. How exactly will people celebrate the stupid holiday? Barbecue? Right. . .

The article mentions that Sen. Robert Byrd (Dem.) was the last KKK member to serve in Washington D.C. Here's a related trivia question -- who was the last U.S. senator to perform in blackface makeup at a minstrel show? Yes, of course it was a Democrat, but it wasn't Robert Byrd. And it happened in 1960.

This is nothing to joke about. On every media outlet, they are praising Biden as a hero and totally spreading highly malignant lies about EVERYTHING. They are lying about the end of the Civil War They are totally REWRITING all our history and smearing our Founders too. They are claiming that half the country belongs to them. It is Soooo out of control. We are at a critical moment when we MUST ALL speak out and expose the lies!! We MUST not allow this to continue. Please! The evil is spreading like wildfire!! In the past American Federal Holidays we’re always promulgated for all the people of the USA. This appears to be the first time that Congress has promulgated a specific federal holiday designed to appeal to a minority group of about 15% of the greater US population.

Today MLK would not fit into the left's pandering movement if he would object MLK would be canceled. Rev. King is fast becoming like any Confederate statue to be erased from our passed violent but true history. Rev. King would not be a 'woke' person today he would object to the violence and movement to destroy his America.

Thank you for the acknowledgement, #14. As to this new “holiday”, we should be touting it as the day when the Republicans freed the last of the slaves from their Democrat masters. I would bet that over half of the country, especially blacks, have no idea that the Republican Party was founded to end slavery and that Lincoln was the first Republican president.

It’s great that Black people and anyone else who desires to do so, now through a national holiday, get to celebrate the date that the last Black people still considered to be slaves in Texas, at the end of the Civil War back in the 1860s, were notified by the US Army operating under the American flag that they had been emancipated by President Lincoln, were no longer slaves, and were free men and women in the USA. That day has always been a Texas State holiday in the modern era. Unfortunately this new federal holiday is already being politicized with some leftist and socialist Democrats saying that a national holiday is not enough, and are calling for the American flag to be deemed racist and a new flag designed, remember that is the same American flag under which all slaves throughout the USA were emancipated. Among the designs being put out there is to change the color of the 50 stars and make them multicolored to represent all the different races within the USA, with maybe even a few “rainbow” colored stars thrown in. another proposal from the extreme left of the Democrats is to completely replace all the stars on the American flags with a likeness of George Floyd. No doubt there are some extreme leftist and socialist Democrats out there who would be pleased as punch if the American flag is completely changed to a “rainbow” colored flag bearing a likeness of George Floyd. Remember elections have consequences!

An ammunition shortage that began during the coronavirus pandemic and the heated 2020 election reportedly continues to plague manufacturers as Americans remain committed to stockpiling as many guns and as much ammo as possible.“It’s widely known the ammunition shortages continue. There is still a lot of interest in firearms,” Smith & Wesson CEO Mark Smith said this week to Fox Business Network. The data backs his statement. A survey conducted by the market research firm Southwick Associates in April found that, out of 1,800 ammo customers surveyed, 75 percent had already experienced out-of-stock issues this year, down by only 5 percent from the record high recorded in 2020.

“Father Knows Best,” now that is a totally radical idea to utter in 2021 even on Father’s Day. The theme song and mid-century look of the original TV show may be a true throwback, but it also involved a literal truism. The sitcom began in 1954 and produced 203 episodes all the way up until late 1960. Set in the Midwest, it starred handsome and debonair Robert Young as an insurance agent, Jim Anderson, a.k.a. Father. His wife Margaret, and three children rounded out the cast.
