The Queen will meet US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill on June 13, Buckingham Palace has announced. In a statement released this afternoon, it was confirmed that Her Majesty will host the president and First Lady at Windsor Castle next Sunday. Mr Biden, 78, will meet the Queen, 95, after his stay in Cornwall for the G7 summit, which runs from June 11 to June 13. He will be the 13th American president the Queen has met since ascending to the throne in 1953. There is speculation that the Prince of Wales and Duchess of Cornwall will also meet the American couple at some point

The things that woman does for her country! While I am a free man, I have massive respect for this dear woman. Why she would have to stoop so low for him is embarrassing.
I wonder if he will present her with a NTSC version of all his greatest gaffes?

The Daily Mail will have an article about how the Queen has twice the number of brain cells as Biden. The U.S. press will have articles that gush over how much more fashionable Jill was than Melania, and how much their precious dogs missed them while they were gone. There will be no mention of Joe's dementia and how many times the dogs bit the secret service agents who probably had to watch them and clean up their poop.

I'm counting on the Queen's wisdom to recognize that most Americans did not vote for this demented man. I shudder to think what Chia Joe will say and which Fleetwood Mac outfit Dr. Jill will pull out of her closet!

I just thought of John Riggins of the REDSKINS back in 1985. How he told Justice Sandra Day O'Connor to "Loosen up, Sandy Baby." I wonder if Biden will do something similarly stupid, even without copious amounts of alcohol.

The best thing for the Queen to do is cancel that visit. “So sorry, Her Royal Majesty has a headache.” “Maybe some other time, perhaps.”

The liberal by US standards UK Daily Mail just can’t give Trump a break. There is no law or protocol that requires that a President of the USA bow to the Queen of the UK and the Queen does not expect that to happen. If there are protocols in place that the UK expects foreign leaders to follow when they inspect a British military guard of honor, the British should have brought those protocols to the attention to their counterparts in the Trump diplomatic team or provided a military officer to properly guide Trump and the Queen through the ranks. The chances of Trump actually knowingly being disrespectful to Queen Elizabeth are non existent as Trump’s mother was originally from Scotland and by all accounts admired the Queen.
It’s much more likely that Biden will be disrespectful to the Queen by bringing up his well known plastic Irish malarkey.

However, if the meeting does go through, Dr. Jill should wear a mini-skirt with black net stockings to show what good taste she has. Joe must not forget his drool bib.

#12 is right. What will be their protocol for meeting with the fraud Biden and his phony entourage?
Would be absolutely glorious for the Arizona audit results to be released on June 12th, exposing the fraud Biden prior to this meeting. Maybe the Queen could declare an immediate postponement and send them back to Harry and MEgan?

Nobody should worry about this. Queen Elizabeth can sleepwalk her way through these things by now. I join my Yorkshire relatives in still being highly disappointed at the chilly reception our President Trump and his wife received on both visits. The Cambridges and Charles were sure to never be photographed with them formally. It was intentional. William was out of country during that last visit. He would have changed any schedule not to snub the Obamas. However Biden behaves, he will be more warmly greeted by the Firm than our Trump was.

Well #9, its not admitted much in polite company but considering how anti-Israel the UK is, among other things, the special relationship is not like it once was. Its just a fact.

My first thought is that a good portion of this meeting is to smooth over the horrendous debacle her second grandson has created by claiming to be free of the royal family and yet demand compensation for his new lifestyle in the tony environment of Hollywood. On the downside, Harry and his yacht girl wife are good friends of the Bidens and Obamas so it will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

I hope Biden will not start talking during the British national anthem "God Save the Queen" as Obama did. Obama's State Dept. should have warned him that the tune is the same as our "My Country 'tis of Thee."

This meeting has no specific purpose as the Queen herself will not get involved in politics, the meeting is a routine occurrence anytime a President of the USA visits the UK.
