CDC: Fully vaccinated people can largely ditch
masks indoors

WASHINGTON — In a move to send the country back toward pre-pandemic life, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on Thursday eased indoor mask-wearing guidance for fully vaccinated people, allowing them to safely stop wearing masks inside in most places. The new guidance still calls for wearing masks in crowded indoor settings like buses, planes, hospitals, prisons and homeless shelters but will help clear the way for reopening workplaces, schools, and other venues — even removing the need for masks or social distancing for those who are fully vaccinated.

This mask insanity was never about public safety, or they would have shut down the BLM/Antifa rioters that first night they started their violent protests -- and not a mask to be seen!!! No, it was the way for despot dictator-wanna-be governors and mayors in large Demon-Rat run cities and states to see just how far they could enslave the peasants before the peasants would revolt. They had amazing success, so don't expect them to give up that dictatorial authority without a massive fight anytime soon!!!!!

I still think mask wearers will be vulnerable to some sort of disease eventually. You don't breathe in your own carbon dioxide and bacteria for hours a day and get away with it. I don't care about adults choosing to wear them but making children wear them breaks my heart.

Hmmm....how will we know whom should be wearing a mask and whom is free to go maskless? Will it require suspending all HIPPA laws forcing people to tell strangers their private medical history? Were AIDS patients at the height of the epidemic, ever required to carry any printed form regarding their status or treatment?

Does anyone trust the CDC any longer? How many deaths were a result of discouraging therapeutics such as HCQ and Ivermectin? Telling the medical community to send them home with Advil and rest unless they have trouble breathing. Sounds sinister but $13,000 for a Covid hospital admittance and $39,000 if a respirator is used. Are hospitals still a for profit business? Could the medical community be swayed by profit & big Pharma? Read recently, over 50% of deaths were in assisted living. And a majority of those were NY, NJ, Mass, Michigan, & California. Regarding children and the vaccine. Out of approximately 40,000 early deaths in 2020 (thru March 2021) of 0-17 year olds, only 228 were covid. The odds of children dying for covid are .0006%!

You can be sure that Biden will try to take fraudulent credit for all the millions of people who have been vaccinated. But Biden did not stick a vaccination needle in one American’s arm. It is healthcare workers all over the country who conducted everyone of those millions of vaccinations who should be given credit, and started doing that as soon as the vaccines that were manufactured and ordered during the Trump Administration era were granted emergency authorization and became available to the public.

The Biden administration seems to be proud of its inflation surge, brought on by low interest rates and monster government spending. How else to explain this? According to the White House transcript, Psaki, answering a reporter's inflation question, said: Obviously, we’ve seen, over the last couple of days — to your point — some reaction to the CPI numbers that came out just yesterday. And, you know, our view on that is it reflects the reality of an economy that’s rapidly turning back on because of a successful economic strategy. And if you dig into the data, there are a couple of

As we reported yesterday, Joe Biden was asked about whether he had been briefed that Colonial Pipeline had paid a ransom. According to the report, they paid a $5 million dollar ransom within hours of facing a cyber attack on Friday from a ransomware group. The report also claimed that the government was aware that they’d paid the ransom. But we were not told about it for days. Biden refused to answer the question, pausing for a moment and then saying he had “no comment” on the issue. Biden also made a strange comment when asked whether Vladimir Putin was involved in the attack. Asked if he was

The remarkable thing about the multiple crises facing Joe Biden is how quickly they’ve multiplied and worsened. These include, in no particular order: the Mexican border problem; the expanding war between Israel, Hamas, and possibly with Iran; the gasoline supply disruption stemming from the cyberattack on the Colonial fuel pipeline; economic trouble and warnings of impending inflation. These sprung up in the first days of his term with an abruptness and progression that has taken pundits by surprise. The administration must have anticipated eventual problems would arise but not so soon nor from so many directions. The New York Times writes that the fighting in Israel caught Biden on the hop.

A survey of 2,000 Americans, conducted by OnePoll on behalf of Tubi, found that 70 percent of Americans say they’re watching more TV now than at the start of the Chinese coronavirus pandemic, according to a report by Study Finds. The report added that one in three Americans, however, admitted to watching whatever was trending — not because the content was good, but because there was nothing else to do.

Riddle me this: Why would Republicans fall for the Democrats’ age-old ploy of pressuring them into working on “bipartisan” legislation that will only advance the Democratic agenda and damage the nation? Indeed, what’s the point in the GOP puffing up its chest about ousting Liz Cheney from her House leadership position if they’re just going to turn around and behave like never-Trumpers by caving on President Biden’s agenda? Why would they play footsy with the most militantly leftist party in American history? That can’t possibly be good for America, nor can it be good for their political fortunes, as voters don’t want them to be spineless wimps.

That was, until he dropped her once she got arrested. Jones was back in the news Thursday after National Review's Charles C. W. Child care is infrastructure, according to Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Health-care aides for seniors are infrastructure, say Democratic activists. “Anti-racism” is infrastructure, we’re told. But these things aren’t infrastructure; they’re just things Democrats want funded with taxpayer money. You know what’s actually infrastructure? Bridges and pipelines. On that front, we’re not doing so well. The shutdown of the Colonial Pipeline this week demonstrated that our actual infrastructure is vulnerable and that our lives can be disrupted quickly when it fails. The CDC has finally basically admitted that if you’re vaccinated, you don’t need to be wearing a mask. Now this has seemed fairly logical for awhile to anyone who understands science. But apparently not to the Biden team, who kept wearing masks despite everyone being vaccinated. As we reported earlier today, CNN asked White House adviser Andy Slavitt why they kept doing this, seemingly sending mixed signals to the American people? Slavitt’s response? Biden is a “very important man.” Alrighty now. So because he’s so “important,’ he’ll just keep doing something that makes no sense? What kind of sense does that make?

Herman Melville’s novel Moby Dick is one the finest books ever written for many reasons, but the main theme is obsession. The captain of the whale ship Pequod is obsessed with hunting down and killing the white whale, the giant mammal that cost the captain his leg. Despite his having lost the last battle with the whale, Ahab is filled with a terrible resolve that is frustrated by his megalomania, his hubris and overconfidence. (snip) Doesn’t that character description sound exactly like Liz Cheney, just-ousted from her House GOP Caucus leadership slot? She is obsessed, overconfident and hubristic to the point of insanity.

The resolution aims at gendered pronouns such as “he/him/his” and “she/her/hers,” but it also demonizes the four iconic terms for a person’s years in college (and, often, high school): “freshman,” “sophomore,” “junior,” and “senior.” “The University, as with most all academic institutions world-wide, has grown out of a typically male-centered world.
