These relics of the past are coming back to haunt Gen Z. Disturbed TikTok users are sharing videos of themselves finding rusty old razor blades behind their bathroom mirrors. The discoveries are a result of small slots found in medicine cabinets seen in homes built before the 1970s.(Snip) In one of her TikTok videos, Knight took viewers on a tour of her 1950s-style home. One commenter suggested that she may have a razor hole in her bathroom. She then showed users that in her medicine cabinet, there was a small opening labeled “Used razor blade disposal.” More than 150 people have used

Comments:

Pioneering New Americans make the shocking discovery that there's a medicine cabinet behind the bathroom mirror. Even more incredible is the slot labeled "Used razor blade disposal," behind which, incredibly, are used razor blades inside the wall. This is how young voters amuse themselves while the Communists they elected steal the republic out from under us.

This may be just a story but I've heard it for years about our airport. It was under a major reconstruction in the 1960's. Pay toilets were installed. Which means the doors had a mechanism that required a dime deposit. If you popped the dime in too hard it skipped the normal storage box and fell down inside the door. 20 years later most of the doors were squeaking so instead of the usual application of oil a couple of airport maintenance men took one down and were surprised at how much it weighed. There were dozens of the such doors throughout the airport. They poured the dimes into their tool boxes. And for the next couple of weeks emptied all the doors and shuttled their heavily burdened tool boxes home past the guard gates.

China released a greater volume of greenhouse gases into Earth's atmosphere in 2019 than all of the world's developed nations put together, a study has found. The eastern superpower has tripled its emission levels since the 1990s, crossing the 14 gigatons threshold for the first time ever in 2019. Emission estimates for 190 nations across the globe were calculated by experts from research firm Rhodium Group in tandem with Breakthrough Energy. The analysis considered six greenhouse gases—carbon dioxide, methane, nitrous oxide, hydrofluorocarbons, perfluorocarbons, and sulphur hexafluoride. Global emissions have risen 11.4 per cent in the last decade to reach 52 gigatons of carbon dioxide equivalent

The administration on Friday authorized $21.6 billion for emergency rental assistance to help prevent evictions during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Treasury Department announced. Treasury said the money will come from the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan signed into law by President Biden in February. New guidance issued Friday said the aid “must be offered directly to renters when landlords do not accept direct payment.” The move comes after a federal judge in Washington ruled this week that an eviction moratorium imposed by the Centers for Disease Control was not authorized by federal law.
