Black Lives Matter protesters were caught on camera harassing diners outside a family-owned Brooklyn taqueria—with dozens screaming at them to “stay the f–k outta New York.” “We don’t want you here,” screamed a ringleader standing on a table as he led an angry call-and-response chant from his comrades who framed the outdoor dining area of Maya Taqueria in Prospect Heights. “We don’t want your f—ing money! We don’t want your f—ing taqueria, owned by f—ing white men!” he screamed, with the mob repeating each line, as caught in video by The Post.

The Biden administration plans to offer grants for U.S. history classes that teach critical race theory and the “1619 Project,” a New York Times series that views slavery and the consequences of slavery as the centerpiece of the American narrative. The grants were proposed this week as part of programs that dispense several million dollars a year to K-12 schools.(Snip) “What’s really happening in the ‘Proposed Priorities’ is an effort to establish funding priorities that will shape the $1 billion per year Educating for American Democracy (EAD) bill pending in Congress,” said Peter Wood, president of the conservative National Association of Scholars.

An Illinois man accused of beating his wife was fatally shot by cops as he hit a deputy in the head with a metal pipe, harrowing bodycam video shows.
The footage, released Monday by the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office, shows multiple deputies ordering Faustin Guetigo, 27, to drop the metal pipe as he walked up a set of stairs at the couple’s Rockford home on April 10.
Guetigo—whose wife had accused him of punching her at least twice in the head and face—ignored the commands and kept coming at a deputy atop the stairs, hitting him with the pipe and sending him to the ground,

The Biden administration will consider forcing cigarette makers to reduce the nicotine in their cigarettes to levels that aren't addicting—at the same time more than half of U.S. states have legalized marijuana in some form. The administration already was considering banning menthol flavoring in cigarettes, but while they've been chewing over that rule, they've discussed going even further with the possible nicotine limits, according to the Wall Street Journal.(Snip) 'Marijuana smokers tend to inhale more deeply and hold their breath longer than cigarette smokers, which leads to a greater exposure per breath to tar,' the Lung Association says.

Herpes infections may be a side effect of the COVID-19 vaccine, experts have revealed. Scientists in Israel identified six cases in a new study of patients developing a skin rash known as herpes zoster after receiving the Pfizer vaccine, according to a study in the Rheumatology journal.
Herpes zoster starts off as a small, itchy skin rash, but if left untreated, it could cause nerve damage and pain, the Jerusalem Post reported.
This can include a prolonged burning sensation on the skin even after the rash disappears. Researchers from Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center and Carmel Medical Center in Haifa found those with autoimmune inflammatory

The City of Cedar Rapids announced on Monday that they would be paying Jerime Mitchell, a Black man who was paralyzed after a police officer shot him during a 2016 traffic stop, $8 million in a settlement. That's a lot of wasted water. The fire department called Tesla to ask how to extinguish the blazing batteries. Who flips the bill for upgraded firefighting equipment needed when people decide to kill themselves in fiery wrecks? Same goes for tanks of ethanol, which burn incredibly hot and are difficult to extinguish.
