President Donald Trump again tried to position himself as the champion of the suburbs, as those voters could determine whether he spends a second term in the White House. 'I am happy to inform all of the people living their Suburban Lifestyle Dream that you will no longer be bothered or financially hurt by having low income housing built in your neighborhood,' Trump tweeted as he flew to Texas Wednesday, adding that 'crime will go down.' Sen. Elizabeth Warren, a former 2020 Democratic presidential candidate, called it 'blatant racism from the President of the United States.'

The word “racist” loses its value and meaning when leftists use it to describe anything they don’t like.

Hey Lieawatha - the suburb I grew up in would have been ruined under this idiotic Nobama decree! Go find some sand and pound it!!

Like every commie ever, this horrid woman is upset that everyone but her won't share in the misery and terror rat policies have generated for the last 50 years. The rats and the education/welfare/media gang have raised a generation or two of feral humans, and they use them as a weapon when they aren't herding them into the voting booth.

In my county, they put three section-8 housing developments in previously low-crime areas where the locals BOUGHT and MAINTAINED their own homes. You can imagine what happened to these neighborhoods in a matter of a year of two. In one of the neighborhoods, a pre-school had to close because of the frequent gunfire.

Democrats are outrageous hypocrites. Are they insinuating that law-abiding, middle-class blacks who own homes are not concerned with crime? Only whites? How racist. Then, again, the Democrat Party has always been The Racist Party ™

Regardless of popularity this is a good move. Government has no business telling people where they can live nor who their neighbors can or should be. Quality neighborhoods do not need to be subjected to those who will bring in crime with them not because of their race but because of their culture. Forced diversity has always been a bad idea. If it happens naturally, great.

So Lieawatha is saying minorities commit more crime. President Trump said poor people -- not minorities -- bring crime.

The majority of people living in low-income housing are white!!!!
Pesky facts, I know. I guess Demon-Rats are such racists that they believe all low-income people are minorities.
But I guess when you can't figure out your own race, it's easy to get confused about others...

Interesting that whenever low income housing is mentioned that liberals automatically assume that they’re talking about black people. This is exactly where liberals expect to find black people and why they are the biggest racists anywhere.

What Trump said was an "inconvenient truth". And in this country, leftists cant tolerate "inconvenient truths". Thus, they label it racist to detract from the facts. Instead of discussing what forced diversity accomplishes, we discuss how mean and racist the President is.
This is why an HONEST discussion about race is impossible.

I grew up near a small city in North East Ohio. In the late 70's or early 80's, the city managers decided to allow a bunch of section 8 housing to be built.
Today, that once thriving, pleasant city is now an impoverished drug and crime ridden hell hole, most of business has moved out along with most anyone decent. It didn't take long for the dregs that moved in to drag the rest of the city down.

The only racist person in this exchange was Senator Warren who (incorrectly) assumes that there are more minorities in welfare than whites.
She’s a bigot, with crass low expectations of non-whites.

We absolutely wanted this Obama rule ditched. Very obnoxious to buy a nice home in the suburbs, then have Obama dictate that you have to move homeless bums in to provide diversity---and you have to pay for their housing.

So, Fauxcahontas - - saying crime will go down is racist?
Does that mean - - that you believe blacks are committing most of the crimes? Just askin'.

So if she's saying it's racist to be happy to keep your neighborhood free of low-income housing to keep crime down then it must mean that she assumes that the black occupants of that housing who would be the criminals.
Otherwise where would racism come in?

After Katrina New Orleans residential areas were blasted away. It was interesting how the blacks from manyy of these areas were arguing against the fed’s effort to encourage Section 8 housing. The blacks that formerly live there were adamantly against allowing section 8 housing! Sadly our beloved federal government prevailed in most areas.

Examples of what Trump stated have happened in every major city in the country over the last 60 years. How many times have you heard an older person talk about this neighborhood or that area use to be nice. Then talk about the nice well kept homes that people took pride in.

Mark Levin laid out the case how the democrats have a plan to totally seize control of all city country and state zoning regulations. This is one step in stopping it.

The DM and Warren and the Dems have oversimplified/distorted what this Obama rule was all about. Getting rid of it was a very, very good thing. When Antifa said they were headed for the suburbs, they didn’t know that Obama had already been there …. with his pen.

Memo to Fauxcahontas: We bought this little bungalow in 2016 and my husband was delighted to find himself yard-working and visiting in the neighborhood among a diverse population--of mostly retired businessmen and military. I kept on working for 2 more years at retirement but there was plenty of diversity to go around. Makes me wonder what kind of diversity Warren needs if black, white, asian and mexican are not enough. Oh, I know. There are no same-sex couples out here in the 'burbs (that I know of--since they don't ''flame'').

Think of all those Suburban Voters who had no idea Biden has this on HIS Platform! I'm betting if they were thinking of voting for Biden, they are reconsidering their vote. They do NOT want this kind of housing in their quiet suburban neighborhood. They do not want the Thugs and Druggies to migrate from the Inner Cities to their neighborhood and they do not want crime to take over their neighborhood! TRUMP knows this is a game changer! He did a smart thing at the best time before the election! It gives time for him to school the voters on exactly what this plan of Biden's would do to their neighborhood!!

At # 24- Ubanga had his racist tentacles in nearly every state, county and township in the country during his reign of terror. They could stop you immediately from developing any project unless you already had an allowance /set aside for the future slum buildings.

As if Pocahontas lives anywhere remotely close to Section 8 housing, the fraud. None of them do, not even Gay Barry, who foisted this racist rule on the nation. Also, isn't Old Karen Warren guilty of mis-incoming minorities by assuming that they're poor?
