Does anyone think any of this will change the tiny, liberal minds of Feinstein, Warner or Schiffhead?

NOW who will make ALL of the lying SOBs, who blithely attempted to destroy Flynn and Trump, pay for their egregious disservice to America. Start at the TOP.

Start from the bottom and work upwards. Allow the small ones to sing to implicate the ones above them and keep moving upward. This drama will be better than watching the NFL and the NBA.

I want to know who is paying for Sullivan's attorney. I suspect the money is coming from Daniel Jones and his group. Definitely, the money is coming from Democrats.

#6- While suffering from Stage 4 double-lung cancer and the ravages of chemotherapy, during Thursday’s radio program, Rush Limbaugh’s magnanimous heart revealed that when he learned about General Flynn’s enormous debt for legal counsel, he took it upon himself to seek out the PayPal account for General Flynn and, without having put it into words, assume he made a very generous donation to that fund. Rush did, however, suggest that if anyone might like to make contributions to General Flynn’s legal fund, two links were being provided at his website to connect with the PayPal for donations; one link through Rush’s website, and the other to General Flynn’s website—both links directing donations to the same PayPal fund account. God bless Rush. Prayers are with him. And, God bless Kathryn as well. Rush expressed his profound gratitude for her, and all that she has done and continues to do on his behalf.

William Barr is a first-rate attorney general. I wouldn´t want to be in his crosshairs. How great to have a serious attorney general on the job!.
Eric Holder -- what a disaster he was.. And Loretta Lynch. Jeff Sessions is a nice guy, but too nice to confront these scofflaws. Bill Barr is turning out to be a great choice. Ric Grenell as acting DNI too! He did great.

I am not at all surprised at Rush's generosity. He's done things like that over the years without ever letting anyone know. That said, I think it's wonderful that Flynn will get some financial help from donors, BUT, those are not the people who should be making him Whole again. Sidney needs to go after those who caused him so much suffering and pain and she should cause them the same pain by suing the pants off each and every one of them! They should feel it in THEIR Bank accounts. The Government should NOT have to get involved in reimbursing Flynn. That would let those involved in this dirty business to go scott free and the rest of us Taxpayers would end up paying for their dirty work. Make them personally PAY!

Yes, Ms Powell. Your problem is that your man Flynn was part of that web of lies. He swore twice To the court that he was guilty. And twice that he was not pressured. And the judge is not happy faced with two years of apparent perjury. The rest is immaterial unless someone would like to argue that perjury is sometimes acceptable, like to protect a family member.

It's only going to get worse. Why? Because Mueller, his whole team of lawyers, Comey, Strzok, Lisa Page, Clapper, Brennan AND ALL, repeat ALL the FISA judges will only be rewarded and promoted for their crimes. The Constitution and our justice system literally does not apply to them nor to anyone else the deep state desires. If you are waiting for anyone other than a lone janitor using Comey's office computer at 2 am to check on his used car loan, to go to orison for their crimes, you are divorced from reality. This will all be chocked up to political gamesmanship by the Schiff's, Nadler's, Lindsey Graham's and Mitch McConnell's. Look for a blue ribbon panel of retired senators get millions of dollars to come up with a non-solution and claim "it's all fixed and should never happen again" as the ONLY thing to happen. Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, George's wife, Mike Flynn will never get their lives undestroyed. The saddest thing is that right now, this very second, the deep state is doing it unabated to someone or a bunch of someones and their lives will be destroyed as well. There is NO Fourth Amendment anymore, period.

If this behavior is not punished, it will perpetuate. Just look at Weissman, Enron and other cases that were reversed, but the perpetrator never punished. He shows up again to repeat what should not be repeatable. Stop madness and hold these traitors accountable for what they have done.

Now we are ready for justice. One bad cop overreacts and the nation is in flames. An entire administration tries to bring down our country and we get some tepid investigations. Justice now, though the heavens may fall.

Poster #15 claims that perjury is the essence of the case, and that Flynn truly is guilty of perjury for having sworn, falsely, that he perjured himself to his FBI interrogators.
If you want to be legalistic about it, and ignore the simple fact that Flynn was caught up in a corrupt system and had to protect himself and his family as best he could, you might still acquaint yourself with the legal argument that accompanied the DOJ's motion to dismiss. The prosecution unlawfully withheld exculpatory information from Flynn's defense. He might have thought that maybe he really did tell the FBI something false, not knowing that it wouldn't have been a crime, since it wouldn't have been probative to a legitimate investigation. And he couldn't have known what he actually did say to the ambassador, or to the agents, since he was denied access to the transcripts. In a nutshell, the government lied to Flynn, and then tried to punish him for (ostensibly) believing those lies.

General Flynn’s sacrifice unmasked the FBI, DoJ, CIA, DoD, DoS, Treasury, Biden, and Baraque’s Chief of Staff in a yuge conspiracy to overturn a presidential election. This is why Judge Sullivan is upset. No justice, no peace (as they say).

All of the so-called 'evidence' and testimony is now public record. Regardless of whether anyone is ever brought to justice for this stupendous miscarriage, any future historian will see it for what it was...a coup de etat staged by a sitting POTUS to unseat his successor.
Obama's legacy is now secure...for all time.

No, #25...there are TWO SEPARATE CASES. Now, #1 is Flynn lying to the FBI about his activities on behalf of Turkey and his conversation with the Russian Ambassador. In the end, after negotiating a deal, Flynn pleaded guilty to one count of lying. When he did so he swore that he was guilty of the charge and that there was no pressure on him to plead guilty. He did this TWICE. So, because his plea was accepted there was no trial, case over...except to see whether Flynn lived up to his promise of cooperation with the FBI in the case prior to sentencing.
Two years later DOJ moves to dismiss the case when the frame became apparent. In its motion to dismiss DOJ asserts that the crime was indeed committed, but that Flynn's guilt could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt at trial, and for that reason requested dismissal. But too late...he pleaded guilty twice, swearing he committed the crime and made his plea without pressure. No need then for the government to prove anything. Now Flynn is trying to back away from his plea...and that's case #2. DOJ did not exonerate him, say he was innocent, only that it could not convict at trial with tainted evidence. The accusation of a crime stands...the one Flynn swore he committed. And now DOJ is backing out of any court procedures associated with this case, hence the invited amicus brief.
Powell has a serious issue, and has never, to my knowledge, claimed Flynn's innocence, For Flynn to do that would be an act of perjury. He can't claim he was pressured into the deal for the same reason.
Ask AG Barr why DOJ maintains a crime was committed. Ask him whether Flynn is innocent or exonerated. And it's interesting to note that Flynn's former defense team, those who negotiated his plea agreement, are on the case, too. They have an interest to protect here, too.
There is a very P.O.ed Federal judge here, apparently lied to for two years. He is having a fool made of himself, and that is not good. DOJ is hanging him out to dry. Getting a different judge may not grant Flynn any relief. Judges aren't well disposed to perjury.
So Powell is doing what lawyers do when the law and the facts are against them, she's pounding the table and yelling like hell.
