Fast-food chain Chick-fil-A continues to be mired in controversy after the discovery of its donations to the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) and also Covenant House, an organization that celebrates LGBTQ pride and hosted a Drag Queen Story Hour in New York.
On November 18, the restaurant that had received the praise and support of Christians for what appeared to be its courage to stand up for the biblical foundations of marriage and sexuality, announced it was changing direction.

The left's plan is working. They never liked charitable donations anyway, preferring that the government do the work of charities. People are, and will continue to stop donating.

Perhaps they'll have more time to contemplate their actions when their long lines taper off over time.

Pandering to the gays, a small minority, is bad enough. Donating to drag queens and the Southern Poverty Law Center is over the top insane. They’ve lost their minds.

So now conservative Lucianne posters are going to play the libs’ game and boycott because they don’t like the charities Chick-fil-A supports? Hmmm.

Popeye's just opened up in my home town and there will be a Raising Cane's too. I love Chick Fil A but I draw the line at drag queens.

The Lib's 'game' is to go into the restaurant and harass Conservatives, not merely boycott. Hmmm?

This is more than just an emotionally-driven boycott "spat" so popular with the left. This is about an abject betrayal of their faith & family values customer base; those of us who stood with them (literally for hours on a particular day) to support their company during attacks by the godless gaystopo. They've really soiled their mess kit here. I've already stopped going out of my way to patronize their stores out of loyalty; opting to just go to another fast-food joint and spend my money there.

I can't see how CFA survives this...which is the modus operandi-Destroying them(CFA) from within...sound familiar?
I wonder how CFA allowed this to happen...

Businesses wear on their sleeves all their community donations, etc. Sick of it. Just sell your products(s) and donate without promoting it, but if you do promote who you support. Then expect to lose (or gain) customers. I don';t know KFC donates to, if they do and I'm sure, but I'll take my business to them.

Have really been happy with the Popeyes chicken sandwiches, and haven't missed CFA's at all. To poster #7, why is it wrong to fight for what you believe in with your pocketbook?

It won't matter a whit. They'll continue to sell their chicken with less hassle from the sodomites and political gnats. Those few who will boycott will not be missed as new stores open on campuses and in airports. It's business. Anyone looked over Popeye's charitable contributions?

It's every guy's nightmare to pick up a girl somewhere and subsequently find out by touch that she has junk down there. Chik-fil-A is dead to me.

Will the get the message that to "go woke" means "going broke"?
Relaced the folks selling out founder Truett Cathey's" values that made the company grow in the first place.

That was our go-to fast food place when the urge struck, but we've not spent one red cent there since they first reversed their charitable giving a while back. The founder's son admonishing white people to shine black people's shoes slammed the lid on the decision; let them choke on their wokeness. Local operators seem to seek out clean-cut and friendly employees, which is laudable, but I cannot abide rewarding CFA HQ, especially when the delicious spicy chicken sandwich from Popeyes beckons.
