Some of the leading Democratic presidential campaigns can barely articulate how they're specifically trying to reach black millennials ahead of 2020 — a group that Democrats say is the future and face of their party.
Why it matters: "Donald Trump’s campaign is handing out literature in black barbershops right now; they’re doing micro-targeting on Facebook and have a digital strategy to engage black folks," said Rashad Robinson, president of Color of Change PAC.
"The Democrats would serve themselves really well to understand in deep ways the power in intersectionality. ... [B]eing specific and clear will help people understand you’re not just talking around them or at them, but talking to them
One question, Are you better off after two years of President Trump, or the eight years of Ort Dear Reader?

How do you reach back millennials when it is well known that your top priority is giving everything to illegal invaders from Central and South America?

Perhaps the dimocrats will stay with tried and true methods - a pack of cigarettes, or a blunt, or some alcohol. Why change?
And now that the courts have ruled that using cell phone cameras inside the voting booth is OK, voters can prove to the dispensers of cigarettes, blunts, and booze, that the voter has voted the way he or she promised, thus guaranteeing the payoff.

The jobs created through the fiscal policies of this President have opened the gate on the plantation, and many are taking advantage of the new opportunities.
They are also finding out that in mixed society, the prejudice and hate they were taught to expect is just not there, that most Americans are willing to judge you on the content of your character.

The target demographic, black millennials, are way too smart for you and too upwardly mobile. Nor do they don't want your illegal aliens coming after their jobs. They know who they will vote for.

Well, with the media doing its best to convince all Americans that they are not better off since President Trump took office...although we undeniably are.
When oh when will Black Americans figure out that the Democrats have been using them for 50+ years. Democrat legislation has destroyed millions of Black families, tripled the illegitimacy rate in our inner cities, and failed to educate generations of young Black Americans, Democrats have overseen the destruction of cities all over America. (Heard about the Newark water system, now judged unsafe due to lead in the City's pipes? Booker who as Mayor ran the City for years, is now insisting that the fault lies with that white supremacist Donald Trump, and that the President rescue the city.)

"30% of black millennials ... said they feel the Democratic Party doesn't care about them."
If that translates to Blacks in general and Trump manages to convince them that his policies work for Blacks, something Blacks are already recognizing, the dem party is dead. Once these Blacks take a fair look at dems, they will walk away and never go back. They could not vote, and that would be a shame. They could go for a 3rd party and that might be good or bad for them. Are they thinking about real world problems and solutions or just wanting lip service for unrealistic ideas like reparations? Trump will likely not win the Black vote but if he puts a significant dent in it, the dems will lose big time.
The problem for dems is that it really doesn't matter who wins their primary. They will be representing a VERY weak and scattered party. All voters who would normally vote dem will be wondering if it will be worthwhile to do so this time around. "None of the above" might be a choice for them. Or "someone else".

The author is trying to warn the Dims about their poor state of outreach to young blacks, as compared to Trump's gold-plated, street level and social media interactions that are happening now. Trump is doing while the Dims are still planning. He complains that Warren and Harris are targeting black colleges with old-timey rallies and probably boring articles, in their attempt too learn how to mimic their speech and dress styles. This is not "talking to them."
This poor dupe of an author really believes the Dims just need "to understand in deep ways the power in intersectionality." Left unsaid, "just like Donald Trump." The Marxist "intersectionality" is just their deconstructionist term for marketing. The ivory tower egg heads are up against the Master of Marketing.
MAGA 2020 - Trump in a landslide.
