One morning in July, days after his onetime client Jeffrey Epstein was arrested on sex-trafficking charges, the famed attorney Alan Dershowitz was reminiscing as he drove the winding roads of Martha’s Vineyard. “I first came here to defend Ted Kennedy,” he said. “I got a call: ‘The senator has driven off a bridge.’” A woman drowned; the powerful man escaped serious consequences. Dershowitz liked the island and has been coming back for 50 years. He turned his old Volvo station wagon onto an unpaved road leading into the woods, and brought the conversation to his personal crisis. Of all of the many men on the long list of socialites, billionaires,

He was stunningly direct and explicit last night on Ingraham. I was shocked by it, to be perfectly frank. What the heck is happening??

Any man who would engage in these activities and think they will get away with it for the rest of their life should be convicted, not only for the crimes, but also for stupidity of Judgement..
Upon checking out this woman, she certainly has not aged well and cashing in her "Me Too" policy sounds like a pretty good idea, if you're telling the truth. However, I tend to think Dershowitz is being framed.
This story will make Weinstein seem like a boy scout.

I’m just not sure what to think of Alan Dershowitz. I’ve never been able to get past that he has made a career out of defending scumbags, and getting them off. Claus Von Bulow, and OJ Simpson come to mind.i

Dershowitz is an insufferable old Jewish woman who constantly tells us she voted for Clinton. What a douche.

I don’t give a rip about Dershowitz. I want all of this attention focused on Slick Willy and his bride instead.

I think Dershowitz needs to stop talking and to quietly settle the current lawsuit. It was nice to see him defend President Trump, but his past association with Jeffrey Epstein, even if innocent, makes him a friend not worth having. Acosta lost his job for settling with Epstein. Shouldn’t Dershowitz have to account for defending him in the same case? I liked Dershowitz’s commentary on Fox, but it is time for him to leave the stage.

Alan ... we hardly know you.
After a lifetime of screwing the Right and sucking up to the Left, useless Alan now reaches out to be saved by us, namely Laura I., Sean H., et al. by looking to be tossed a life line.
But in 2020, even if he's not alive, he'll vote straight Demo-rat.

Just wondering why Prof. Dershowitz has not filed defamation of character lawsuits against these women?

Anyone who has visited this forum - - knows that I have been proclaiming Dershie to be a Klintoon suckup - - and a certified weasel for a very long time.
I grew up in the same Brooklyn Italian-Jewish neighborhood - - and I've been familiar with his slimy, backstabbing, obsequious likes all my life. His comeuppance is long overdue.

Those who defend criminals sometimes have difficulty maintaining the line between the criminals and themselves.

Well I did NOT grow up Brooklyn (But I did root for the Dodgers when they were there) AND I HAVE seen MANY of his slimy, backstabbing, obsequious likes during my life and I hope he pays up good and hard.

I have worked with some really outstanding attorneys for the past 24 years and they ALL had one thing in common (as did their many colleagues outside the firm) and was this motto ''The least said, the easiest mended.''
Alan, be quiet!

The Alan Dershowitz-David Boies feud is the best thing since Trump and Rosie O’Donnell.

I told everyone my opinion of Dershowitz yesterday. I’m with #15, hope they destroy each other beyond repair.

If some cute young thing showed an old guy her varmint, who knows that would happen, no doubt some “guys” of note today would faint, with other guys getting it on! This saga will have to play itself out before we really find out what happened, but with so many prominent personalities seemingly involved with their reputations at stake, I would not hold my breath, as you would have to be pretty naive to believe otherwise.

I have to wonder if his present problems are karma for defending the likes of O.J. Simpson, Jeffrey Epstein, and Claus Von Bulow.

Dershowitz has said he is trying to preempt a "New Yorker hit piece". New York Magazine seems to be sympathetic.
