The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence on Thursday subpoenaed retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn and former Trump Deputy Campaign Manager Rick Gates for documents and testimony.(Snip)The development comes a day after Flynn, who served as President Donald Trump’s first national security advisor, hired seasoned lawyer Sidney Powell as his new counsel as he awaits sentencing.
The former Assistant U.S. Attorney is an outspoken critic of the Mueller probe and has called Andrew Weissmann, often referred to as the special counsel’s “pit bull,” the “poster boy for prosecutorial misconduct.”

Just leave him alone, dammit! Find some other poor smuck to pick on. The Dem Party is now just a nest of anti-American, God-hating, traitorous reprobates. (I quit the party in 1968 to vote for Nixon, because I didn’t like the direction they were going. Good choice. Now, they’re unrecognizable as being the party they were, back then)!

Sidney Powell is a superstar in my book. She has courage and is not afraid to stand up to the slime and corruption in the legal profession.
I expect to see her clear Flynn of all these fake charges.

Nadler is long past making a complete fool of himself. The longer they drag this on the worse they look.

Sidney Powell wrote one of the most interesting non-fiction books I’ve read, called Licensed to Lie.

Oversight is supposed to be for legislation and not criminal investigations. This is unconstitutional and Flynn can give them the double bikers salute.

What oversight is there related to someone that has been out of the WH since what? 2016? I do not see Flynn participating in this circus.

Flynn's case is still ongoing. How can Nadler require him to testify? When is Nadler going to call Hillary, McCabe, Weiserman, Mueller, Rice...hmmm Dean is the only democrat Nadler has called ??? It makes Nadler's so called investigation look like Mueller's!!! Bias against republicans.

Intelligence Committee with Nadler as it's head is laughable. There's not a smidgen of intelligence in that committee and it's all a bogus farce clown parade.

#13, I don't know, I think the republicans on the committee are quite intelligent, just outnumbered!

It's been a long time coming but I think Flynn is going to clean up. You don't mess with generals.

Adam Schiff is chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, not Jerry Nadler - the latter chairs the Judiciary Committee. This is Schiff’s little investigation/vendetta against President Trump.

I don't think Flynn will need a pardon. His guilty plea is likely going to be retracted and a jury trial requested. The case will probably be dismissed. If not, discovery will be something the corrupt team will not want to happen!

If he is willing to fight ( I believe he is) he will prevail. The DEMs are embarrassing themselves. This political theater will continue until 2020. Guaranteed. Pardon will not be necessary although he has suffered greatly. The Govt will pay in the end.
